- Second bedroom: Located on the upper level, can be arranged as two twin beds or one king bed, includes a full bathroom and sliding doors to the upper patio.
- Third bedroom: On the lower level, features two queen beds and a full bathroom.
Additional Details
- The pool is located just outside the front door.
- The home is stocked with essentials such as napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soap, and laundry detergent.
- Electricity and maid service are not included in the rental price for stays of two weeks or longer.
- Electricity is charged at 5.5 pesos per kilowatt, with a deposit of 700 USD required before arrival via Airbnb.
- Electricity meter readings are taken upon arrival and departure.
- Garden and pool maintenance staff visit periodically; guests wishing not to be disturbed should notify in advance.
Note: The pool will be closed from May 18 to 27, 2025.

Casa Bella is situated on the first hole of the Hard Rock golf course within the resort community of Playacar. It is approximately a 45-minute drive south of Cancun International Airport.

House was quite nice, fully equipped, and accommodated our party of 4 adults and 2 children. Very quiet, beautiful backyard. It was my fault in choosing Playa del Carmen. I didn't realize it was a big, overcrowded city. We were cheated a couple times; once for lunch in Tulum, a taxi ride, and an excursion. It left a bad impression, so we won't be returning to Playa del Carmen. I was spoiled living 8 yrs. in a small fishing, kite boarding village in the Baja.

We had a great time at Mercedes house, the location is perfect and centric to do all the popular activities, the stores are close. The pool was really good, we were lucky to always be the only ones using it. The place is quiet and perfect to relax. The house was very clean and maintained, the dinning room in the patio is private and the perfect place to have dinner every day. I really recommend staying here.

The pictures to this home do not do it justice!! We had such a warm welcome and felt good about it since the beginning. The house was beautiful and was fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was very responsive. The house was roomy, very clean, and the grounds are beautiful, pool was sparkling clean. I went with my husband, dad, and two kids and they loved it !!
