The Space
Welcome to your private Costa Rican retreat in the lively beach town of Playas del Coco. This newly constructed villa features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a private pool, designed for both relaxation and entertaining.
The villa blends modern architecture with natural surroundings, showcasing native woods, stonework, and other natural materials. Inside, you'll find an open-concept living and dining area with a dramatic two-story ceiling and plenty of windows that invite tropical light and greenery indoors.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and includes a large island with ample seating. A covered terrace features a hand-carved dining table that seats up to 15, perfect for outdoor meals and gatherings.
Outside, the private pool and sun deck come with loungers and an outdoor shower, ideal for refreshing after a day at the beach.

The villa is ideally situated just a short walk or golf cart ride from the beach, local shops, cafes, and restaurants in Playas del Coco, offering easy access to vibrant dining and shopping options.
Additional Accommodation
For larger groups, the property offers two adjacent casitas available for an additional fee. Each casita includes:
- Spacious living area
- Full bathroom
- Fully equipped kitchenette
Adding these casitas allows the property to accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably, making it an excellent choice for retreats, family reunions, or group vacations.
Guest Access
This listing is for the main villa only, which includes four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The two casitas can be added to your reservation at $125 per night each.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and honestly could not have asked for a better experience in Costa Rica. We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, and this is easily one of our top five. The house was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as it appeared in the pictures. There were no surprises — everything was just as advertised, and it was the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy our time in Costa Rica. A huge part of what made this stay so special was Norma. She took care of anything we needed and prepared four incredible meals for us during our stay. Every meal was outstanding, but more than that, Norma was so warm, helpful, and welcoming that by the end of our trip, she genuinely felt like part of the family. It was a nice house, everything was as described. Having the pool was a nice addition. We didn't have to pay for a gym since they have one close by with other amenities included- nice touch!

I stayed here for my birthday trip, with seven of my friends. The home was BEAUTIFUL, looked exactly like the photos. The host was super responsive. Norma made delicious breakfast for us. Would recommend your family to stay here.

The villa looked just like the pictures, the grounds were beautiful, & the pool was clean. We felt very secure during our stay, and communication with both Kattya & Norma was excellent from beginning to end. The AC & fans worked great in every room, the beds were comfortable, & there were plenty of bath & beach towels for our group. We also rented the golf cart, which made getting around quick & easy. Norma was amazing and truly one of the best parts of our stay. She greeted us when we arrived, showed us around, & was always kind, responsive, & helpful. She also cooked us breakfast & dinner, & the meals were excellent. We honestly wish we had her cook more because it was delicious & affordable for our group. The only issue we had was bugs getting into the downstairs bedroom/bathroom area, but Norma responded very quickly, cleaned the room, & prepared one of the casitas for our daughter. We appreciated how quickly they handled it. We really enjoyed our stay & would recommend this villa.

Our stay at Kattya’s place was wonderful! It is a beautiful house, yard and pool. It was very easy to feel at home. Absolutely great place for kids to run around. The access to the Coco Bay Beach Club was a bonus that the family loved. Kattya was so wonderful with helping organize airport transportation and trips. She takes the time to call and answer any questions you may have and help where she can. Norma was there to greet us when we arrived and was so helpful throughout our stay. She cooked meals for us throughout our stay that were absolutely amazing. As other posts suggest, there is some traffic noise, but we knew that based on other posts. It is a great place to stay! Hearing the howler monkeys in the mornings was always exciting as well. We rented the golf cart for our time there and it was just what we needed for going into town and visiting Ocotal beach.

Our stay was absolutely 5-star from beginning to end. The accommodation itself is beautiful, well maintained, and made for such a relaxing stay. The outdoor showers were a really nice touch and added to the overall experience. Kattya was excellent with communication and made everything so easy from the moment we booked. She was incredibly helpful in organizing our trip and took so much stress off our shoulders by arranging transportation with Diego, which made getting around simple and seamless the entire time we were there.The golf carts were also such a great touch and made it super easy (and fun) to get around during our stay. A very special thank you to Norma, who truly made the experience exceptional. She was our cook and cleaner, and she was amazing. Every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious, and she was incredibly accommodating with timing and with whatever we wanted to eat. She always had everything ready exactly when we wanted it, and she prepared breakfast and dinner
