The Space
Our stylish three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa is situated beachfront in Playacar, a private gated community with 24/7 security. The villa is just a 10-minute walk from the heart of Playa del Carmen.
The air-conditioned villa offers a comfortable lounge equipped with a flat-screen cable smart TV, free Netflix, Bluetooth speakers, and complimentary 150 Mbps fiber optic Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities are available for guest use. Housekeeping is provided Monday through Saturday.
The master bedroom overlooks the ocean and includes a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with double sinks, a toilet, and a double shower. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom contains two queen-size beds and a closet. The third bathroom with a shower is located outside the third bedroom.

This place was absolutely MAGICAL, the view was stunning, the area was walkable and the weather was great. Sitting out by the pool overlooking the ocean was incredibly relaxing and felt like a true vacation. The host was responsive and very friendly. Do yourself a favor and book this gem : )

Excelente estancia nos gustó mucho a toda la familia, toda la casa y la alberca muy recomendable, la verdad fue una semana muy descansada y para recargar baterías. En especial gracias a Jorge quien siempre estuvo al pendiente y que con sus recomendaciones hicieron nuestra estancia muy agradable. Lugar recomendable al 100% AAA+

der perfekte ort, um in playa del carmen abzusteigen. absolut sicher dank security zone. lage unbezahlbar. atlantik direkt vor dem haus. wenige schritte von der weltberühmten 5th av. entfernt. der gastgeber jorge war ein schatz. wir können das haus moskito wärmsten empfehlen.

I’ll start with the bad, the AC in the living room only blows warm air so spent most time in the rooms. The smell and the amount of sargassum was uncomfortable. Sad to get there and not be able to get in the water. I was there from Friday to Tuesday and the house was cleaned on Monday. The house is nice and has a beautiful view. Definitely over priced. The host is responsive and helps with anything you need. I felt that in the area everything is overpriced. And this is my opinion, the listing should let people know about the water situation (season) and show pictures of the water below the house so guest can decide if it’s suitable or not. Not walk into a surprise like I did. There is no beach in front of the house so decided not to spend to much time in the house.
