Un lugar muy céntrico y accesible, contaba con todo lo necesario y las camas super cómodas. Muy bien la relación calidad-precio. Lo único es el tema de la ventilación, que no todas las ventanas se podían abrir y las que abrían no contaban con cedazos para evitar la entrada de mosquitos, por lo que se tenía que usar mucho el aire acondicionado, sino el lugar se ponía súper caliente. Y en algunos momentos hubo un poco de ruido por parte de los vecinos.

Staying at Arsenio’s place was comfortable and relaxing. Being able to easily walk downtown was super convenient. Arsenio helped us with contacting transportation to La Fortuna and around the area. Overall our stay was great and couldn’t recommend his place enough!

Un mes! Quizás para muchos esto sea mucho tiempo, sin embargo, se nos pasó rapidísimo. Arsenio siempre pendiente y súper amable. Si necesitas algo, solo indícalo y el te ayudará. Un detalle inesperado fue el descuento sobre actividades de la zona, lee el QR sobre la mesa del TV y aplica el código PARADA. Fue una gran sorpresa. También el restaurante La Parada, súper recomendado y también con un descuento para los huéspedes de Arsenio. Sin duda alguna me quedaría nuevamente en este apartamento. La Fortuna es magnífica.

Arsenio was the perfect host! He responded quickly to any questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The apartment was perfect for our month long stay. The beds were super comfy and it was nice having a washing machine. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to fix meals at home. It was easy to walk downtown too. I highly recommend it and I'd stay there again.

Estuvo muy bien, el lugar es muy cómodo, y bonito. Si se filtra un el sonido de la par o de arriba. El lugar es seguro. Si recomiendo talvez cerrar la parte del parqueo para mayor sensación de tranquilidad, Pero en general estuvo excelente.
