Ocean apartment is a modern, spacious and fully equipped one-bedroom apartment with an amazing ocean view, it is located just 5 minutes walking distance from LaLora beach (best surf spot in town) restaurants and shops. Also you can enjoy the shared pool in the complex. The apartment is part of “Ocean apartments complex” and situated on the second level (To get to the apartment you have to go up the stairs). The complex is located on a very steep road and 4x4 is necessary The space Ocean 2 is a spacious one bedroom apartment with all the basics for you to feel at home. This apartment is located on the upper level of an individual building that features breathtaking panoramic ocean and sunset views. The apartment has 1 bedroom with queen size bed and an AC. The kitchen is fully equipped, living room with an AC, Smart TV, 100MB Internet and a balcony with an amazing ocean view! A stairway leads from the apartment down a steep hill to the main road and the beach. The apartments includes: *Daily cleaning *Access to the shared pool *Concierge service *Security guard at night *Parking area is shared and subject to availability Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and the parking area. The laundry facility is restricted for use only by housekeepers. Other things to note The final stretch to get to the property (30 mtrs) is a paved, steep hill. We recommend having a 4x4 vehicle in order to access the parking area, although many guests have been able to reach it without it. We have private parking with space for 3-4 cars. This area is shared and subject to availability

10/10⭐️ He visitado varias veces Santa Teresa y este hospedaje ha sido el mejor. El lugar es muy lindo, la atención al cliente de todas las personas que trabajan ahí fue excelente y en general fue una estadía muy linda. Nos ayudaron con todo lo que les pedimos y fueron muy atentos siempre. Lo recomiendo 100%⭐️

Una casa muy bonita, equipada, cómoda. Lo único para futuros huéspedes es tomar en consideración la subida para parquear que es muy incómoda y no sube un carro sin 4x4 y para llegar al apartamento además son muchas gradas.

this place was absolutely amazing. i am definitely coming back here again. the only thing to note is that it is a bit of a steep hill to go up, but it is 100% worth the view and the peacefulness. i stayed here for about 3 weeks and loved every second of it.

Best anniversary celeb ever! Lee was such an amazing hostess. Took care of all of our needs and requests including helping us book a quad at an excellent rate. So much to do and more then end the day at the villa with a spectacular view. You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful ocean view away from the hustle and bustle. Be prepared for an accurate description of the driveway. Renting ATVs is the best transportation. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony and appreciated the suggestions from the hosts. The place had a surprisingly comfortable foldable couch that we laid in and watched the birds from. Will return!
