The space The house is very comfortable for 6 adults and may accommodate up to 8 including children. It is ideal for two couples, four single adults or a family with children. Casa de Valencia is well furnished and colorfully decorated. Tasteful furniture, local art, and fine touches are present everywhere. An entertainment center with stereo, TV and DVD player are available for your enjoyment. For those who enjoy cooking, making use of the full kitchen is a great option. All bedrooms have comfortable beds with quality mattresses. The living room, dining room and kitchen are one spacious room with high teak ceilings. The living room features a 39 inch flat screen cable TV, CD Player (with a small music collection), DVD Player (with selection of movies). The house has ceiling fans and air conditioning in each room although the AC is rarely needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, colorful dishes, glassware and cookware. You can use the kitchen to prepare any kind of menu should you decide to cook. A new grocery store is within 4 blocks away and offers a selection of basic provisions. Fresh fish can be purchased from fisherman and fruits from local fruit stands. Even martini glasses and a shaker are provided. There is one master bedroom with a romantic king size canopy bed and private bathroom with shower. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and one with a new twin bed and trundle. Another full bathroom off the main room has a tiled walk-in shower. If extra guests need to be accommodated, the living room sleeper sofa converts to a bed. The house has a generous outdoor patio area adjoining the living room with views out to the tropical garden, walking bridge and swimming pool. This makes an excellent area for outdoor dining, cocktails and curling up with a good book. The outdoor area includes a dining table for six, two chaise lounges, one secure parking space for your rental car and street parking options for additional cars, a shared swimming pool, outdoor gas grill and laundry facilities. Full time maid services are provided as well as a nighttime security guard. Other things to note One parking space is available inside the gate for Casa Blanca #4. Additional parking is available outside the gate on the side road. Beach chairs and towels, boogie boards, beach toys, a cooler, and a wagon are all provided for guests.
