- Access is possible with a 4x2 vehicle; a 4x4 is not required.
- The villa is only five minutes from the lively town of Uvita, offering easy access to nature, culture, and amenities such as Parque Nacional Marino Ballena beach access, Whale Tale Brewery, and Supermercado BM.

Pool Maintenance
The maintenance team will need access to the house on Tuesdays and Fridays for pool upkeep.
Power and Water
Due to the jungle location, occasional power outages may occur from falling branches or weather-related events. The water supply comes from nearby springs and may experience intermittent interruptions. Guests should be aware that these occurrences are part of the rural and natural experience.
Security

Beautiful property in Uvita with lots of space, an amazing view, and close to everything! Diana and Roberto were great hosts - very responsive, and the property, grounds, and pool are well maintained. The kitchen is well appointed and there is plenty of closet storage in the bedrooms. There is even a fancy tablet that provides options for food and grocery delivery and other services like massages. Stunning views overlooking the ocean every evening and tons of wildlife on the property made it so relaxing to sit outside and just enjoy being present. Highly recommend!

El lugar tiene una vista de ensueño. La casa es hermosa y está en excelente estado. Disfrutamos muchísimo del área de la piscina, las hamacas y la cocina. bahía Ballena es muy bonito y fue muy interesante para todos. Uvita está lleno de atracciones. El acceso es un poco incómodo por la geografía de la zona y se requiere vehículo 4x4. Vale la pena conocer y disfrutar de Villa Buenos Tiempos. ❤️ Tuvimos atardeceres, lluvia de estrellas y hasta una espectacular tormenta eléctrica.

Bueno primero la casa es más linda en persona que en fotos, es muy amplia la sala y los cuartos súper cómodos. Diana es una excelente host, estuvo súper atenta con un problema que tuvimos con la refrigeradora el primer día (nada del otro mundo) y lo resolvieron muy rápido. Muy agradecido y contento con la estadía

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful home! The view alone is worth every penny, and when you layer the upscale house, lush gardens and gorgeous pool it really doesn’t get any better. We wish we’d been able to stay longer. The house has everything you need, everything worked perfectly as described and the rooms each have an attached bathroom. My kids loved their room with the double beds. The only thing we’d change is bringing more people to enjoy it with us - it is spacious in the main house, and we didn’t even get to use the casita. It would’ve been a perfect spot for grandma. I also appreciated how communicative Roberto was - he was able to give us activity recommendations and answer every question. We’ll definitely be back!

Our visit to this villa was a family vacation and it was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the ocean views completely stole the show. Whether I was having my morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery never got old. We thought the living area inside was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The open layout made it feel airy and comfortable, and there was more than enough room to spread out and truly settle in. Everything felt clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The property managers, Roberto & Diana, were also very helpful. Whenever we had a question they were always available with a quick reply. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the house. We even brought along my mom who appreciated her separate living space in the casita. We would totally stay here again!

The home was beautiful and our family enjoyed our stay very much. Our children were super excited for the amazing pool. The hosts were great and responsive and we really loved the place. We hope to return when we are visiting Costa Rica again.
