Home in Isla Mujeres

Great location and beautiful home. Views of the ocean are incredible and beach access is amazing and right at the back of the house. House is well maintained and in great condition. Only comment would be there is a lot of noise from the road. Other than that, this place is great!!

Had an awesome time at Casa Kaay Ha! The beach/pool/backyard can’t be beat - we saw turtles nesting on multiple nights of our stay. Everything was clean, the concierge who met us was nice, welcoming and had local recommendations. Tracy was super responsive and helped make a late logistical change as well - super accommodating. Location was nice to be centrally located on the island. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

WOW, we had a great time, perfect location great place, the view is amazing. We also loved that iguanas and a dog stopped by for breakfast (Bowzer) every morning. great time see ya next year.

Everything was exactly like the photos. Very clean and comfortable. Amazing view of the ocean, just steps away from the back door. The beach is rocky and not swimmable from this side of the island, but you have the fantastic views and sounds of the waves. The pool was a daily welcome reprieve from the humidity! The only thing I wish the property had, is an on-site washer. Otherwise, everything was great and the host is extremely helpful!

Exactly what we wanted for our 25th anniversary getaway with friends. Having 3 bedrooms with king size beds and their own bathrooms was perfect. The views were amazing. Sitting on the patio listening to the waves, having a few drinks and laughing and talking about our daily adventures was the perfect ending each night. We’ll definitely be back.

Casa K'aay Ha was a perfect place for family to rest and relax for a long weekend. Tracy and her staff were incredibly responsive to all questions and we highly recommend this place. Hope to visit again one day. Thank you!

The house was exactly as it was shown in pictures. The view was breathtaking & there was a beautiful, comfortable outdoor space. The host was quick to respond to questions & very timely. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Honestly I can't say enough about this stay - primarily would like to give all the praise possible to the concierge, Cherma. From the initial booking email through our checkout, Cherma answered all of our questions, set up everything we needed for transportation, gave us all the best local recommendations, and ensured our stay was EXTREMELY simple and easy to manage. As for the house, it's exactly as pictured. Just an absolutely lovely home with prime location (both to North beach and to all the restaurants/shops in the South/Central areas of the island). I love Isla Mujeres - have zero notes or qualms about this stay at this location. It was lovely and I can't recommend highly enough.
