There were a number of great aspects of our stay at the Canaima Chill House, some minor annoyances, and some larger issues that you should know before booking. The Good: -Accurately Priced -Nice pool and shared space -Lobby had fridge with drinks to buy -AC, porch was great Minor Annoyance: - Steep hill/Need car or ATV realistically - Lot of road noise -Parking was limited, better if you have 4x4 The Bad: -No towels initially provided, had to message host and didn't get towels for 2 days. Then there was no washing of the towels for the next 4 days which got very gross -Random workers walking behind room and next to window and shower. Around 11am on multiple days had random workers walk right up to our window where we were sleeping, also had them walk by the huge window connected to the shower where they were able to see us naked showering. Resulted in feeling of zero privacy. This was not okay and stopped after 3rd day, but be aware if you have ground level room = no real privacy

We had an overall good stay here! It is very private and peaceful. There were a couple maintenance things in the room that need attention such as the toilet seat was not connected to the toilet and the shower had a mold smell. Most of the time there’s no one at the front desk, but we were able to manage on our own. The best way to contact the host is through what’s app which we learned toward the end of our stay. The pictures are just as the place looks and overall we were content!

הייתה לנו שהייה טובה בסך הכל. החדר עצמו נקיי, נעים ומאובזר היטב, והאווירה במקום ממש כיפית. חשוב לדעת שחייבים רכב כדי להגיע ולהתנייד באזור. תהליך הצ’ק-אין היה קצת לא ברור בהתחלה, אבל אחרי שהבנו – הכל הסתדר. עם זאת, הבריכה הייתה מאכזבת – המים היו מלוכלכים ולא ניתן היה להיכנס אליה, וזה בהחלט פגע בחוויה.

Beau logement avec espaces extérieurs partagés, bien situé près de la plage de Santa Teresa (10 min à pied) et des commerces et restaurants. L’accès se fait par une colline, donc un VTT facilite les déplacements. Nous avons apprécié l’aide de l’hôte pour ses recommandations de restaurants et pour l’organisation d’un transfert hors de la ville. Cependant, la communication pourrait être améliorée (réponses via Airbnb assez longues et réception ouverte 7h-15h mais souvent sans personnel). Le service de ménage manque de constance : chambre parfois non entièrement nettoyée ou serviettes non changées malgré une demande. Les horaires ne sont pas toujours respectés (visites à 8h30 et 17h). Un panneau « ménage non nécessaire » serait utile. Suggestions : bouchons d’oreilles pour le bruit des VTT la nuit, serviettes et produits de douche de meilleure qualité, et produits contre les insectes. Malgré cela, nous avons apprécié notre séjour et recommandons le logement.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft! Außenbereich und Zimmer waren sehr schön, genau wie auf den Bildern! Man konnte zu Fuß Innenstadt und Strand innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten erreichen und hat aufgrund des Anstiegs damit gleich sein Sportprogramm erledigt ;-) Einzig zu bemängeln ist, dass der letzte Teil der Straße nicht beleuchtet ist und daher im Dunkeln nicht so angenehm war. Alles in allem waren wir aber super zufrieden und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen!

prima kamer op een mooie locatie. zwembad en chillplekken zijn fijn, zeker je eigen terras. wel aan te raden met de auto richting de hoofdstraat te gaan.

lo mejor que tiene es la ubicación. a dos cuadras del centro y de la playa. capaz nos hubiese gustado un poco mas de privacidad, nuestra habitación estaba justo al lado de la recepción, no nos dejaron elegir o no nos consultaron eso. otra contra es que la cocina no estaba muy equipada, no había ni sal, tuvimos que comprar todo. pero todo lo demás estuvo muy bien. el aire funcionaba muy bien, nos vinieron a limpiar la habitación todos los dias.

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war insgesamt okay. Der uns zugesicherte persönliche Check-in durch den Gastgeber hat leider nicht stattgefunden. Stattdessen wurde uns lediglich eine Willkommensnachricht hinterlassen, jedoch ohne konkrete Anweisungen über den Airbnb-Chat. Die Anfahrt zur Unterkunft erfolgt über eine Straße in sehr schlechtem Zustand; nur die letzten Meter sind gepflastert. Wir empfehlen daher ein geländetaugliches Fahrzeug. Zudem stehen lediglich vier Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft machte einen soliden und sauberen Eindruck und war mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Allerdings war sie insgesamt nicht sehr lichtdurchflutet. Der Außenbereich ist hingegen sehr schön gestaltet. Wer im Bad Wert auf Privatsphäre legt, sollte beachten, dass es sich bei der Tür um eine instabile Falttür handelt. Bauliche Maßnahmen und eine stark befahrene Straße in der Nähe sorgten für eine erhöhte Lärmbelastung. Außerdem kam es während unseres Aufenthalts mehrfach zu Stromausfällen
