The property is situated on a triangular lot bordered by two roads. This should have minimal impact as the backyard and pool are enclosed by a growing green privacy wall.
Since there are two houses on the property, if you rent only one, please be aware that other guests may occupy the second house and share the pool area.
Electricity outages can occasionally occur in Nicaragua. To ensure comfort, the house is equipped with a gas-powered backup generator that automatically activates during power failures. This generator supports all appliances, lighting, and fans but does not power the air conditioning units. Power interruptions may also affect water pressure and hot water availability. We appreciate your patience during outages, which are typically resolved quickly.
Pets are welcome with a $30 cleaning fee.
Beach towels are provided for use around the pool and for the beach. These towels are colorful—please verify you have the correct number upon arrival and take care not to lose them. A replacement fee of $25 per towel will be charged if towels are missing at departure.
