The Space
To enter the resort and complex, guests must submit photos of IDs or passports for all adults (if foreign) along with vehicle details at least 24 hours in advance. This information is required to arrange your access.

House Rules and Notes
- Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet time from 10 pm to 7 am. Excessive noise may result in fines, as Buenaventura values tranquility.
- Gatherings: Small get-togethers are welcome, but please maintain a pleasant atmosphere without causing damage or mess.
- Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the reservation to ensure comfort for all.
- Pet Policy: This is a pet-free property. Pets are not allowed to avoid additional cleaning fees.
- Smoking: Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly to avoid extra cleaning charges.
- Energy Conservation: Kindly turn off all lights, fans, and electronic devices when leaving to help reduce Panama’s carbon footprint.
- Check-Out Time: Check-out is at 11 am to allow the cleaning team sufficient time to prepare the space for incoming guests.
- Cleaning Cooperation: Treat the home with care. Please leave the space tidy to make cleaning easier for the staff and enjoyable for the next visitors.
- If you open it, close it.
- If you take it out, put it back.
- If you make a mess, clean it up.

The place is even better than the pictures. Inside a big and beautiful condo with nice pools and restaurants. The beds are big and confy, the kitchen well equipped, the shower was hot. The varanda was amazing in the evenings. Lots of board games that my family really enjoyed. I do recommend and would come back at any time!

Todo fue excelente en la estadía. La atención y comunicación con el anfitrión fue siempre fluida, estuvo siempre atento. La casa es tal cual se muestra en la descripción y en las fotos, cuenta con acceso completo a todas las áreas del club. Sin duda regresaré pasar otra estancia increíble en este lugar.

Everything worked really well, and I have nothing negative to say about my stay other than that I would like to return. The place was very centric, looked beautiful, and had everything I could possibly need. The decorations were all very homely, and the instructions were excellent. The host is really kind and has considered every possible necessity for a visitor.

Le loft est parfaitement équipé. La communication avec le propriétaire est claire et bien rodée. Il est à deux pas de la piscine , de la plage, et des restaurants. Les deux chambres sont très grandes et disposent toutes les deux d’une superbe salle de bain. A recommander les yeux fermés
