Glenn rules! And the place is just as described & in the very safe, very pretty, very blocks-from-the-beach Playacar gated neighborhood. Loved our stay. We came to playa for dental work & Glenn went out of his way to bring ice and check in. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a vibey, well appointed place.

Glenn is a very amiable host! We really felt like he wanted to make sure we had a great time during our vacation; he was also really fun to talk to, and told us a lot about the area and how it's developed over the years. He showed us all the cool and unique features of the house, and his staff (Maria, Sam, Vladimir) let us have a carefree stay over the Thanksgiving holidays. The house has lots of everything: bathrooms, towels, private pool, beach access, etc. And all the African art! The art and the unique decor is what really attracted us to this place, and it's really interesting. We felt like we were in a dream. We also really appreciated how safe and quiet the place is. It's in a gated and secured neighborhood with rules against noise after 10 PM.

Glenn and Maria were amazing. Kids loved the pool area. Don’t hesitate when booking this property.

Glenn was an incredible host and was always responsive and open to any and all feedback. We had a problem with the mosquitoes being very prominent, and he had us bug spray citronella candles within a couple hours. The A/C didn’t work in the main room and he had a guy fix it same day. Any and all problems were attended to promptly. Glenn never made me feel like he was inconvenienced or annoyed, and welcomed all suggestions for a comfortable stay. We had 3 small children (8, 5 and 2) and he had everything we would need. Goggles, life vests, pool floaties, speaker, umbrella stroller, wagon for beach, beach umbrellas and more. Maria came everyday and cleaned our house and did laundry. She was lovely! All in all we had a great stay.

Glenn was a great host - meeting us at the house for a quick tour despite the arrival hours changing and allowing us to stay an extra hour to accommodate our flight out. The location was just steps away from the private beach, walking distance to food, and a short drive to cenotes and other Mexico fun. The art and pool drew us into the booking and were certainly the highlights of the home. Having Maria cleaning the dishes and laundry daily was an amazing addition. It certainly feels like a more lived-in Airbnb with a lot of personal photos, but I enjoyed the warmth of the home and would certainly re-book.

He is extremely helpful and accommodating. If anyone is looking for an experience, beautiful & safe place to stay, Glenn's place is where it's at. Huge thank you!

It was a wonderful place to stay! Host was very attentive, and Maria was a saint to keep up with all our guests, with cleaning and making sure you felt right at home. Glenn was super helpful in giving recommendations of places to eat and activities throughout our stay. 100% would stay again. 😊

Glen is an amazing host he really makes us feel at home, the house is beautiful well maintained and Maria does a wonderful job keeping the place spotless. This is our second time staying at Glen’s place and it will be our place every time we come to Playa del Carmen. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe .. the beach is two blocks away and you can walk to all the stores and restaurants. It is just the perfect place to stay. If I can give it 10 stars I would.

Glenn was one of the best airbnb host we have ever had. Very friendly and an awesome person! The place was beautiful and the backyard was awesome.
