Casa Dos Hermanas is a multi-level villa located in the prestigious gated community of Pedregal. This spacious five-bedroom, six-bathroom home offers stunning, unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean.
Guests enter through double wooden doors into an open-air foyer that leads to a shaded courtyard with 180-degree ocean views. The villa features multiple levels of private outdoor balconies, each providing breathtaking vistas.
The villa is bright and airy, designed to accommodate families or groups of friends who want to enjoy time together while still having private spaces for quiet moments. Each bedroom is an en suite with its own balcony and exceptional ocean views. Three of the bedrooms include outdoor showers.

Location
Casa Dos Hermanas is situated atop Pedregal, a renowned development known worldwide for its grand villas, spectacular ocean views, and exclusivity. The community offers several pickleball courts (reservations required), with paddles and balls provided for guests. A small café near the courts serves breakfast and lunch from November through June.
Pedregal has its own desalination unit, ensuring a reliable water supply. The villa is close to the beach and pickleball courts, with a dedicated parking spot available right in front of the house.

- Guests must be at least 28 years old to book.
- The villa is newly added to the rental market; some furnishings and décor may change over time.
- Outdoor living means occasional encounters with small lizards and insects; regular pest control is performed.
- Mosquitoes can be present at certain times of the year; keeping doors closed helps prevent them from entering.
- Gardeners and pool maintenance visit twice weekly on Monday and Friday mornings.
Community Rules and Regulations
Pedregal is a residential neighborhood where many full-time residents live. Guests are expected to respect the community and follow these important guidelines:
- Excessive outdoor noise, including yelling, loud music, and profanity, is prohibited at all times.
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Parties and events require prior approval and may incur additional fees.
- Public nudity is not allowed.
- Drone usage is forbidden.
- Security personnel strictly enforce these rules; disrespecting them is unacceptable.
Violations can result in fines ranging from $1,000 to $5,000, possible eviction, and legal consequences.
Additional Safety Information
The nearby Pedregal beach is known for dangerous undertows, rip currents, and strong waves, including rogue waves. Swimming is not advised. Guests should remain vigilant and keep a safe distance from the shoreline.
Pedregal Homeowners Association (HOA) Guidelines
As a guest in one of Cabo San Lucas’s most exclusive private communities, please remember:
- Noise carries easily due to the rocky terrain and villa proximity. Loud sounds and music disturb neighbors and are not tolerated.
- Vehicles should be parked on the villa’s property. A spot near the front door is available for loading and unloading; overnight parking should be in the driveway spot.
- Unauthorized parties are prohibited and may lead to fines or eviction. Permits and fees are required for any special events.
These rules are based on common courtesy and respect for residents. Guests are responsible for knowing and adhering to them.

We absolutely loved staying at Casa Dos Hermanas for our girls trip! The space was well-appointed and absolutely stunning. Every space is thoughtfully designed, with beautiful finishes, open living areas, and views that never get old. Ali, the concierge, was super responsive and always there to answer questions or help us get around town. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Casa Dos Hermanos was exceptional from start to finish. The home is beautifully maintained, with breathtaking views and incredibly comfortable beds that made it easy to truly relax. Diana took wonderful care of both the house and us each day—everything was immaculate and thoughtfully handled. Casa dos hermanas is the perfect house for a bachelorette party. Every room felt like a master suite with beautiful ocean views. The house is fully stocked with anything you could need during the trip. Our concierge, Ali was wonderful; she was so responsive & made sure we were taken care of. Hope to be back soon!

This place was next level. We went for an adult birthday trip and the service from Ali was top notch. Highly recommend using the chef services. Diana took great care of us every morning. The views from each room are gorgeous. The inside/outside feel of the house is special. This was a special place and highly recommend, Stephanie and her team go above and beyond.

Most incredible villa. Better in person than in the photos. Chefs were great. There is an option of private transportation. Concierge was helpful with booking dinners, brunches, and activities. The yacht we were recommended was amazing. It was a great trip.
