The Space
Welcome to Tamarindo Sandpiper, Costa Rica! This newly constructed, stylish home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It is located just a short walk from both Tamarindo and Langosta beaches. The family-friendly residence includes two king beds and one queen bed, with air conditioning throughout.
Enjoy the private saltwater swimming pool and 24-hour security. The surrounding Tamarindo Preserve (Punta San Francisco) community is home to wildlife such as howler monkeys, which often visit at sunset.

Langosta Beach Club
Guests of Tamarindo Sandpiper enjoy exclusive access to the Langosta Beach Club. Relax by the beachside infinity pool, reserve a private cabana, or unwind on beach loungers with towel service. Additional amenities include an air-conditioned gym and an onsite restaurant.
Most services are included except for food, drinks, spa treatments, and rentals such as surfboards and kayaks. The beach club is just a short walk from the house.
Check-Out and Additional Services
- No cleaning or chores are required at check-out, aside from turning off air conditioners and locking up. Enjoy a relaxed final morning with coffee or a swim.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra charge upon request, depending on cleaning schedules and guest arrivals. If unavailable, luggage storage is offered while you enjoy the beach club.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, including the backyard garden, private saltwater pool, and driveway parking. They can also access three neighborhood beach entrances—two leading to Playa Tamarindo and one to Playa Langosta—as well as the community play park near the beach.
Keyless entry and self check-in are provided for convenience.
Other Notes
Wildlife such as monkeys, birds, and iguanas are frequently seen in the front and backyard. Guests are welcome to observe and photograph the animals but should not feed them.
