Kathia took care of us and was very friendly. She always responded to every need we had, and even though we arrived late at night, she was always available to answer us. We had an electric car, and there was a 220-volt outlet for charging; however, it was occupied. She let me charge it directly from the apartment using an extension cord I had brought, which was enough to charge the car overnight without any issues. Highly recommended.

Nos atendió Kathia fue muy amable, y siempre respodió cada necesidad que tuvimos, y a pesar de que llegamos tarde por la noche, siempre estuvo pendiente de contestarnos. Llevábamos un carro eléctrico y había un toma 220 para poder cargar, sin embargo, estaba ocupado, ella me dió la posibilidad de cargarlo directo desde el apartamento con una extensión que llevaba lo cuál fue suficiente para poder cargar el carro sin problema durante la noche. Muy recomendados.

Terrible Experience For you to take into account, many hours of the day there is a strong smell of a septic tank MY CAR WAS HIT IN THE PARKING LOT The car was left in the assigned parking lot. It was hit in the front. I tried to talk to reach an agreement and what they indicate is that in the cameras you can't see, so they didn't take responsibility and now I was left with the damaged car.

Pésima Experiencia Para que lo tomen en cuenta muchas horas del día llega un fuerte olor a Tanque séptico ME GOLPEARON EL CARRO EN EL PARQUEO El carro quedó en el Parqueo asignado el mismo fue golpeado en la parte delantera se trató de conversar para llegar un acuerdo y lo que indican es que en las cámaras no se ve por lo cual no se hicieron responsables y ahora quedé con el carro golpeado.
