Tanyia and Rod were extremely great and proactive with their communication. Their communication was professional, proactive, clear, respectful, and helpful. Check was easy. Their home was exactly as described. The surrounding views and area is stunningly beautiful.We traveled with our children Tanyia and Rod have thought of everything including a wonderful pool and hot tub. If you enjoy coffee in the mornings or a nice dinner/drink later in the day to wonderful mountain, lake, or volcano views look no further.Everything Costa Rica can be experienced within reach from their home. We also found a wonderful breakfast/lunch spot nearby.These hosts have several options to choose from and are a wealth of information.They know the surrounding areas and will do anything make your stay enjoyable.We appreciated their hospitality. We highly recommend choosing their location(s).Can’t wait to see what they come up with in the future. We wish them all the best.Thanks for making our trip memorable

Taniya and Rod host an amazing house in a little slice of paradise on Lake Arenal. The house is everything they advertise and more, and communicating with them was a delight! If I could give them 10 stars, I would 😀

La casa es espectacular, es fácil darse cuenta del esfuerzo que han puesto en que todo sea de alta calidad y que los huéspedes se sientan muy a gusto. La piscina y el jacuzzi están relativamente cerca de la casa (a unos 100m de distancia, dentro del residencial). La vista al lago es espectacular, muy diferente a como se ve desde La Fortuna. Tanyia y Rod se preocupan porque todo esté bien y su tiempo de respuesta es realmente corto. Volveríamos sin duda! 💯

We made this reservation very last minute and the hosts were super friendly, communicative, and helpful with suggestions about where to eat and go. The house was stocked with all needed cooking supplies and the property itself was set on a beautiful piece of land. In the morning we walked a few minutes to the Hive (where the pool is) and had an absolutely delicious breakfast!

I cannot recommend this place enough! If you are looking for a tranquil location with beautiful views of Lake Arenal, you have found your place!! The hosts are absolutely amazing!!! The house is exactly as shown on Airbnb, the beds were very comfortable, showers were fabulous, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook a full meal, including coffee and all the condiments you would need. The town just down the hill is very quaint and has a handful of delicious restaurants and sodas. Plenty to do in the area. We will definitely be back!! I can’t recommend this place enough!! If you are lucky enough to stay here be sure to book a massage with the host!! One of the best massages I’ve had in Costa Rica!! Also they have a beautifully decorated clubhouse with a small restaurant, a pool and a hot tub for you to enjoy!! it was such a blessing to have found this place and meet the host!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home! The views were unreal. The space was super clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The extra touches like the big double walled cups, lime juicer, coffee, and all the kitchen essentials for meals, snacks, and drinks we great. One of the highlights for us was seeing toucans right from the house!! Tanyia and Rod were amazing hosts, extremely welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. This place was the perfect base for us to explore multiple spots inland, then come back and relax. Highly recommend this gorgeous spot to anyone heading to the area.

The place is beautiful, just like the pictures. Having the Arenal Lake as your backyard is amazing, very nice place to relax and scape from the noise of the city. Tanyia and Rod were great, super responsive and willing to help of needed.

This place is is a peaceful oasis. Every morning we would slowly wake and enjoy breakfast overlooking the lake, watching for birds, and munching on Mangoes from the property's enormous mango tree. The beds were very comfortable, the AC was nice and cool, The hot tub was great after a long day of hikes, and the kitchen was nicely stoked with all the tools and essentials you might need. I would highly recommend this spot if looking for a location between Fortuna and Monteverde.
