The Space
The villa is ideal for large groups, offering four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. It accommodates up to 12 guests and can be rented as a one, two, three, or four-bedroom villa.
The house was originally designed as a duplex but is rented exclusively as a single-family home. It features:

Unique Features

Place was as advertised and what was exactly needed. Definitely a proper spot for a guys trip bachelor party type place. Overall, the place was nice, but it can use a little bit of maintenance to make it perfect. The host was very responsive and because of that I would highly recommend and definitely stay with them again.

We were very happy with our stay. Mike was very responsive with our needs. Daily housekeeping is not included but Mike was quick to provide us with the service for reasonable price. Perfect place to relax and hang with the resident iguana, Felicia. I would recommend this place.

This Villa is truly remarkable and very close to all the restaurants & clubs. We felt very safe walking to & from restaurants to the villa at night. Pool and small tropical garden with couple of gecko in the mix made it very memorable trip. Bathroom shower heads could have been better, it sprayed everywhere. However overall great experience and will definitely return to this villa.

Mike’s place is beautiful and perfectly located near everything you need. Since everything is within walking distance, there’s no need to rent a car—you’ll get a great workout without even trying! The food was excellent and much higher quality than in the States; I never felt bloated after eating. Although I didn't fit in any excursions this time, I’ll definitely do them when I come back. I highly recommend staying here! It’s safe, friendly, and a guaranteed great time. Thanks again, Mike!
