The Space
This top-floor villa offers a spacious open living area with recent upgrades. Located within the oceanfront Villa La Estancia property, it provides stunning views of Land’s End.
Guests can enjoy the convenience of a personal concierge who can assist with dinner reservations, excursions, or grocery shopping (additional charges apply for shopping and groceries).
The villa reflects Mediterranean-style decor and includes a fully furnished dine-in terrace featuring a wet bar and outdoor grill. Inside, there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, cable TV, flat-screen televisions in every room, ceiling fans, and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
The master suite contains a king bed with a pillow-top mattress, a Jacuzzi tub, dual sinks, and a sitting area with balcony access. The guest suite offers two queen beds, a small refrigerator, a full bathroom, and a complete entertainment center. Additionally, the living room has a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps two, with a full bathroom nearby.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar, a large dining table, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pantry, and a washer/dryer/wash tub combo discreetly located just off the kitchen.
Location
Villa La Estancia is situated on Medano Beach in Cabo San Lucas, one of the few privately owned resort communities on this swimmable beach. The property is less than a mile from downtown Cabo San Lucas, known for its vibrant nightlife.
Guests can easily reach the town by walking along the beach or sidewalks, or by taking a taxi or water taxi.

The U-shaped design of Villa La Estancia surrounds an infinity pool and offers guests beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez and lush gardens. The three buildings provide different perspectives:
- Building 1 overlooks the Land’s End rock formation.
- Building 3 offers views of the sunrise for early risers.
- Building 2 faces the gardens and the sea.

Rental Policy
Please note that rentals during Christmas, New Year’s, and Spring Break require a minimum stay of seven nights, from Saturday to Saturday.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this location. The room was exactly as described in the listing. My kids loved swimming in the pool, and we also enjoyed the nearby restaurants. We felt safe throughout our stay, and the resort staff was very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be returning. The only issue we encountered was with communication—be sure to double-check that your email address is listed correctly in your Airbnb profile. I thought mine was, but since it wasn’t, I did not receive the check-in information prior to our arrival. We also missed the opportunity to save money on the all-inclusive option by purchasing it before check-in.

The condo is very nice, large, clean and comfortable. The resort amenities are great. The pool and beach are convenient and perfect for traveling with family. The host and concierge are very courteous and responsive.

James place was great. As advertised. Clean and the location within the property was excellent! This is a quieter and upscale place away from the party crowds which is next door if that’s what you want. I appreciate the security beachfront to ensure that only validated guests can access the grounds which gave us peace of mind with kids.

Great place, exactly as described if not better, large comfy space for our group (two couples and a toddler) and the resort has great amenities and really friendly staff. Would stay again.

Great location. Very nice and big unit. it is in the back of the U so the views are best from the deck. I will happily return!

The villa was always really clean and the staff was really nice. Jane was always so attentive to our needs and greeted us with respect. We felt just like home during our stay at the villa. Loved the amenities from the resort.
