The property features four cozy bungalows set within a garden only 50 steps from Guasacate Beach. Each bungalow is fully equipped for a relaxing surf and chill vacation. Guests can sleep under palm leaf roofs, prepare meals in fully stocked kitchens, and unwind on private terraces furnished with shaded hammocks—perfect for recharging after a day on the waves.

TwoTen° Surf Home provides a laid-back atmosphere, warm hospitality, and a prime location close to the market, restaurants, bars, and the beach. Whether you’re pursuing waves or seeking tranquility, this is an excellent base in Nicaragua’s surf paradise.

The property faces the ideal swell direction for surfing the Popoyo wave at 210 degrees southwest. Popoyo is a surf hotspot with consistent breaks suitable for all skill levels, from gentle beginner waves to world-class barrels. Beyond surfing, the area offers natural attractions such as tidal pools and stunning sunsets, along with activities like yoga, beach tennis, volleyball, and live music.

Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen featuring a stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. The garden area is communal, providing space for sunbathing or stretching. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after the beach.

Free parking is provided on the property. A short pathway leads directly to the beach. Nearby, across the road from TwoTen’s main entrance, there is a small market/convenience store. Within walking distance, guests can find a variety of restaurants offering Thai food, burgers, vegetarian options, pizza, Nicaraguan cuisine, and more. Bars, additional surf spots, and activities are also within easy reach.

Location

Playa Guasacate, where TwoTen° Surf Home is situated, is a rustic and uncrowded beach town attracting visitors worldwide. The area remains relatively undeveloped, offering an authentic Nicaraguan experience.

• ATM: There is no ATM within walking distance, but one is available a short drive away. Guests are advised to withdraw cash before arriving or request a taxi stop for ATM access. Both US dollars and Cordobas are widely accepted.
• Groceries: A small market is located directly in front of TwoTen, stocking most essentials. Daily produce trucks and options for fresh eggs and meat deliveries are available. However, there are no large grocery stores nearby. For longer stays, visiting larger stores such as Maxi Pali or La Colonia in Rivas, Masaya, or Managua is recommended. Taxi trips arranged through the property for ATM and grocery stops incur no extra charge.
• Cleaning and Laundry: Rooms are cleaned twice weekly. Laundry services are available nearby.
• Water: Drinking water is provided. Tap water is safe for brushing teeth and boiling but not recommended for drinking directly.
