Casa Los Charcos

We had a wonderful stay at Casa los Charcos — it truly exceeded our expectations. The property is stunning, comfortable, and perfect for a group stay. What really made the experience exceptional was the service. Bruno, the house manager, was incredibly helpful and prompt anytime we needed assistance. A couple of things came up during our stay, and he handled everything quickly and professionally, which gave us such peace of mind. The house staff was absolutely lovely — so sweet, attentive, and welcoming. They prepared amazing meals for our group, and every dish was delicious. The combination of Casa los Charcos, outstanding service, and thoughtful hospitality made this an unforgettable stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better. The home was comfortable, stylish, and had all the little touches that made it feel welcoming. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and quiet for a good night’s rest. Our host was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. Communication was seamless, and any questions we had were answered quickly. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtful extras provided. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

The house was a great spot—clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The local manager was incredibly helpful and responsive, assisting us quickly with groceries, taxis, and anything else we needed during our stay. Made everything smooth and easy.

I can't say enough good things about our entire stay and experience at Casa los Charcos. George was very responsive to all of our questions before and after booking. Super nice guy. Our house manager Bruno was also very attentive to any questions and needs we had. Anything we requested for the house was delivered the very next morning. Teresa and her daily housekeeping and grounds staff were amazing. We woke up to breakfast every morning. We would venture out after breakfast and always came back to an immaculate house and lunch waiting for us. The house is located in Playacar Phase 1. Loved this community so much that I can't wait to go back again. I honestly want to live in it permanently. Very quiet and peaceful, safe, beautiful beaches that were never crowded. Everyone we encountered was over the top friendly too. My wife and I absolutely fell in love with this community and the whole Playa del Carmen area. Having access to the provided bicycles was a nice touch. We will be back!

The home is beautiful and well-maintained. We were worried when arriving since a hurricane (level 1) had just passed through but when we arrived we were thankful to see George and his staff had cleaned up the landscaping and pool to make it feel as if nothing had happened. The home is huge with huge rooms and private bathrooms for each one. We loved the space. We did have an A/C outage in one of the rooms overnight, but George and his staff got right on it that morning and fixed it. The kids had fun in the pool. We enjoyed being just a block away from the beach. Located next to some 5-star hotels helps keep the beach clean. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Casa Los charcos exceeded our expectations and was such a great experience. Any issue we had was quickly resolved and everyone we engaged with from Bruno, to Teresa and others were very nice. We’ve recommended this place to everyone we spoke to and can’t wait to come back! -Ruben

We loved our stay at Los Charcos. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The location was private, felt safe, and very comfortable overall. The house fit my family beautifully.

Our adult Family of 9 (3 generations) had to have this exact VILLA! It had all the room(s) we needed on a serene, private lush property with our own pool. Playacar Phase 1 felt very safe, and the short walk to the beautiful beach was a bonus! However, what sets this Villa HAVEN rental apart is that it actually includes a very Friendly and professional Staff! (this is common in Jamaica, but RARE elsewhere). Bruno, the house manager, arranged our included transfer (a $$ saver), and met us at the property to assist us, and conduct a brief tour. He was available for us if questions or concerns. Jesus was our smiling grounds/pool keeper, handyman, and worked so hard everyday. He would transport/setup, beach chairs, umbrellas to/from-just request! AND WHO wants to go on Vacation, and have to cook and clean!? NOT US! Tere and Asla to the rescue! Breakfast and lunch prepared, served, and entire villa cleaned daily! Fabulous QUAC! Awesome, very Special Ladies! 10 STARS!
