The outside conversation area is covered and perfect for enjoying a drink and watching the wildlife in the jungle surrounding the villa. Guest access Guests have private use of all common areas, never shared with strangers. Other things to note Our experienced guest services team can assist you with many services. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY: For last minute reservations over the next 60 days, maid service will only be provided for an extra charge of $25 per day (Ask your host to schedule and for details). There is no guest access to laundry facilities at the villa. A $300-400 cash deposit (depending on the size of your group) will be required for very last minute check-ins to cover any damage or missing items.
