Casa Colorados is a stunning five-bedroom beachfront home situated within the secure gated community of Hacienda Iguana, directly on the Colorados Surf Break. This luxurious estate occupies the largest oceanfront parcel in front of the main surf peak of Colorados, covering one-third of an acre. With over 6,200 square feet of living space, it comfortably accommodates families and groups of friends.
Each of the five spacious bedrooms includes a private bathroom. Additionally, there is a TV room that can be used as a sixth bedroom. On the north side of the property, you'll find a newly built 1,200 square foot oceanfront pavilion that serves as both a game room and an outdoor kitchen. This large structure is ideal for hosting small weddings, yoga retreats, holistic events, and other gatherings.
No expense has been spared to ensure maximum comfort and luxury. The estate features granite and hardwood finishes throughout, major appliances, LED TVs, high-speed internet, ping pong, billiards, an outdoor bar, a balcony bar, daily cleaning, daily meal plans, and much more.
Casa Colorados boasts a prime location where the waves literally reach the property at high tide. Positioned directly on the main peak of Colorados, surfing is accessible without any travel. The waves offer perfect A-frame lefts and rights that break consistently throughout the day at all tides. Offshore winds from Central America's largest lake keep the waves groomed 24/7, breaking over replenishing sandbars formed by the nearby river mouth.
Photographers will find endless opportunities to capture incredible wave shots right from the estate.
Beyond surfing, a nine-hole golf course is located just behind the estate, providing a relaxing option for guests. Additionally, Iguana Brewery, uniquely owned by Casa Colorados, offers guests exclusive discounts on food and drinks.
Guests have full access to the house, pool, and oceanfront pavilion. Occasionally, the owners stay in the casita located on the backside of the house, which has a separate entrance. During these times, guests maintain complete privacy as the owners do not use the main house, pool, or yard.
The base rate covers up to six guests. Additional guests incur extra charges. The maximum occupancy is 12 people.

Guests can opt for meal packages featuring a personal chef who handles grocery shopping, meal preparation, cooking, and cleanup.
Typically include meat (chicken, fish, beef, pork, or lobster) served with potatoes, rice, and/or tostones, plus salad or fresh vegetables. The chef can also prepare sandwiches, lasagna, tacos, burritos, pasta, hamburgers, barbecue, pizza, or any special dish upon request.
If guests choose to dine out, the chef will reimburse the meal cost with 24-hour notice to avoid over-preparation.
Meal packages require a minimum of four adults and start at $500. Children under 12 receive half portions at half price.
