Amazing house for a bachelorette!  We had such a great time at the house and perfect space for a girls trip given all the rooms have bathrooms to get ready in! Felt very safe and comfortable!! Would go back and stay again!

Our stay at Bola De Fuego in Cabo was AMAZING! The home was beautiful, spotless, spacious, and perfect for our bachelorette group of 15 girls. The views were breathtaking and made the entire experience feel so luxurious and special. The location was perfect as well — about a 10–15 minute drive from downtown Cabo and the marina, making it easy to get to restaurants, beach clubs, nightlife, and activities while still enjoying a peaceful and private stay. Mark was truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. He was incredibly kind, responsive, attentive, and genuinely accommodating throughout our entire stay. Mark also recommended transportation services provided by Humberto, and we are so grateful for that recommendation. As a group of all girls, safety was very important to us, and Humberto made us feel safe the entire trip. He was communicative, punctual, professional, and extremely kind. We made the best memories here and would absolutely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Bola de Fuego for a birthday celebration with a group of 10! The layout was perfect for a larger group—7 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, made everything comfortable, private, and easy for everyone. The house was very clean, well-maintained, and the views were absolutely stunning—definitely one of the highlights of the trip. There’s also a great café right across the street that we ended up visiting multiple times. Mark was fantastic—extremely responsive and quick to help with anything that came up. The pool wasn’t ready when we arrived and had to be drained, repaired, and refilled, so it was unavailable for a day. It was handled quickly and professionally, with great communication throughout. One thing to note: there are pickleball and tennis courts nearby, but guests can’t use them until after 11 A.M., even if they’re empty. Not a big deal, just something to plan around. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place

I have stayed at Villa Bola de Fuego multiple times and it has never been a disappointment. From the views and peaceful patio area, to the spacious bedrooms and their individual bathrooms - this Villa has it all. A real bonus is that it’s located directly across a cafe which serves breakfast and lunch and is also right by a the tennis/pickleball courts. Mark and his staff are very helpful and communicative. The place has always been flawlessly clean each time I’ve stayed, and having access to the laundry room is a huge perk. I’m looking forward to staying here again.

This Airbnb was fantastic!! The views were gorgeous, the location was ideal and Mark was a responsive and very helpful host. Only a five to ten minute car ride into town but the cafe being right next door was super convenient. Loved our stay here!!

We had a great stay at Villa Bola de Fuego! The house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for large groups. The views from the villa are breathtaking, overlooking the ocean and city, especially at sunset. The pool and common spaces made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy, while the bedrooms very comfortable. Mark was exceptional host, very responsive and helpful from start to finish. They even arranged driver services, which made airport pickup and a grocery stop on the way to the villa super convenient. The location inside Pedregal Resort felt private and secure, yet still close to the marina, restaurants, and nightlife. We had no issues using Uber to get to and from the villa, and even ordered food on Uber Eats without any problems. Just make sure to set your pin directly in front of the main entrance for you to be picked up or for food delivery. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxury group getaway in Cabo.

Is a really nice house, beautiful view. perfect for a large group.

The house was very beautiful, very comfortable, and quite spacious. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us. Humberto’s transportation service was a life saver as there was no way we could walk up that hill in the heat! The driver’s were professional and friendly. Tonja was fantastic at stocking the house with food and drinks. She even handmade some items that we requested to be fresh rather than packaged. Highly recommend her services! The only thing I would recommend on the con side, is that the web page be updated. Some of the photos don’t quite match anymore. For example, the hammocks by the pool are no longer there. And there was some confusion if checkout was 10:00 or 11:00 because the email didn’t match what the airbnb page says. But both of these things are super minor. I just thought maybe worth mentioning for the host. All in all we had a fabulous time and I highly recommend Mark and his beautiful home.

Bola de Fuego is a beautiful villa with plenty of room for our extended family. We used it as base camp for our wedding which took place on the beach in the Pedregal development. The kitchen, pool and jacuzzi were all great and got plenty of use. The AC was perfect as it was hot outside most of our stay. The views were beautiful. Only drawbacks were GPS didn’t track well within Pedregal and so finding it first few times and at night was challenging and also getting food delivered was hit or miss. Also plan on sufficient time for getting up and down the mountain on the cobblestone, it takes a few minutes, but the location is close to many activities due to the Marina being at the bottom of the hill.

Beautiful views and the house was spacious! Having a bunch of big mirrors was a plus and made getting ready a lot easier. Mark was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We also booked the Patron yacht through the listing and that was a great experience!! Would book this again!

The location is easy to get to upon entry into the Pedregal area and is conveniently located next to the Cafe inside the neighborhood. The views are amazing and the house itself is very clean. I highly recommend this home for a big group! The mansion is located in a quiet, secluded gated community where we felt extremely safe. The house is gorgeous with comfortable beds and everything you would want for vacation. The pictures honestly don't do it justice. The views from the patio are INCREDIBLE! This home was beautiful. There was plenty of room for our group of 12. Mark was very helpful from the beginning in providing recommendations for transportation and concierge service. Tonja helped us get everything we needed. Booked the yacht for an excursion and that was an amazing experience. Daily walks in the hills of Cabo were a great way to start the day. The group would typically walk into town and then uber or taxi back up. Felt safe and thouroughly enjoyed our stay.

His communication was prompt and clear from the moment we booked until the day we left. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and was incredibly flexible with any requests we had. This house was a fantastic find for our group (three families). Everyone had enough space to be comfortable and really relax. The view was great. We loved having the chef cook dinner at the house one night. Plenty of great, high end amenities. Complex felt very safe. Beds were comfortable, good water for showers pressure and plenty of bathrooms. Great having a laundry room too. This house was perfect for children who love to swim (the pool is openly accessible, so something to note if traveling with children who cannot swim), but we loved it.

Mark's house was beautiful and so spacious for our group of 15. Mark was a great host with tons of suggestions and support from his team to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had coordinated transportation to/from the airport and the house. Mark was very responsive and helpful to make the planning of the trip as smooth as possible. Our group of 13 spent the weekend in Cabo and had a fantastic time at Villa Bola de Fuego. The host was very responsive to any questions we had along the way and was helpful in offering shuttle drivers, a chef and any help needed booking excursions. The photos from the listing do not do the house justice...it has an incredible view of the marina, ocean and is very roomy and comfortable for large groups. The safety of the neighborhood was top notch and the security guards at the front gate are very thorough in checking IDs of those coming in and out of the neighborhood. It is a pretty easy walk to get to downtown but we got Ubers coming back home since it is a steep incline up the mountain. All in all, this is a beautiful home and we would definitely stay there again.

This place was amazing!!! Great views, specious, clean and upscale community. We had group of 7 people, and it was too large for us. Pool was amazing and well maintained. Bedrooms are at different levels so you have to go few stairs to move up or down. We would highly recommend this place. Mark was very responsive and clear instructions.

The location was amazing with views. Mark was very responsive when needed. I did hire the chef, ladies did a great job cooking up our arrival dinner and next day brunch. Our driver pick us up to and from the airport. Tonya booked our tours with the best prices. Only con I have to mention is the water issue. There was no water pressure if two or more people are taking a shower at the same time. I don’t know if it was a PSI problem or plumbing. Throughout the house water can’t be ran simultaneously. That was the issue overall as a group. However, I will still highly recommend this place.

We absolutely love this house. We bought our whole family, our three kids and their kids.  We had lots of room and never felt crowded. The pool was absolutely beautiful We spent lots of time in there and in the Jacuzzi. The view was remarkable. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about this house. This place way amazing!! 10/10 would recommend! I went down to Cabo for my bachelorette party and had a group of 12 girls. Mark was amazing to work with! We went through him to set up the transportation, chef and groceries! The contact he provided for the transportation, Humberto, was always quick to respond and made us feel very safe! We provided our itinerary and asked to be picked up and dropped off at certain times and they were always on time! Even when we wanted to get picked up from the club and go home early, they were there within 15 mins! This was very important to us! As for the chef, their food was wonderful! They made us two meals, one the first night we got there and one the last night before we left! It was very responsibly priced and very convenient! As well as having the groceries delivered before hand! Last the house was amazing! The photos don’t do justice! Beautiful views, great space for large group and bathrooms in every room which was a must with 12 girls!

Our bachelorette group had the best time at Mark’s house! Mark was very helpful and coordinated a private chef, bartender, and transportation for our group. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was very walkable. Also the most amazing views!

To start, the views were absolutely breathtaking. Mark was extremely communicative and very flexible with our needs. He allowed us to check out later as we had a later flight time. The rooms, bathrooms and common areas were very clean. Ana and her assistant came and cooked breakfast and dinner for us and was extremely kind and courteous. Her cooking was exceptional and I’d recommend anyone staying to book with her.

My group had the best time! We had 12 girls and plenty of space for each of us. The views from the home are stunning - on one side you have the Pacific and on the other the Cortez. The home is in walking distance of everything you could want. However, you may want to consider using Uber for your route back to the house because it is a mountain.

Went down for a 50th bday celebration. The exterior, neighborhood and views are incredible. The interior was lovely as well. We ran into a number of issues with the home (unexpected maintenance issues) though. The biggest was the hot tub. That was something we all looked forward to. Unfortunately it worked only about a 1/3 of the time we were there.  Some cleanliness issues / filthy pillows in one room, sour sheets in one room. One door wouldn’t lock. 2 shower drains were clogged with hair (they did come fix this), dishwasher wouldn’t lock (they did come fix), 2 toilets were leaking (they came and fixed). 3 rooms have fans that were way off balance ( we just turned off). My room had stains down the wall from the ax split. The house mgr was slow to respond. For the premium cost, I think we as a group were expecting a much more polished experience.  I did reach out to the owner about reducing the charge to us with the issues we ran into, but he only offered a 5% refund ( good review req)

The house is beautiful the pictures really don’t do it justice. There are views from every room, and the chef was great. The only issue was the sliding doors in the bottom floor bedrooms wouldn’t lock, but the neighborhood did feel safe and private.

Great place to stay at! I recommend it to everyone. Night life and restaurants all near by. I totally loved the lay out of the house especially when you go with a big group.

This house is absolutely amazing. Every single room is very nice with private bathrooms, and there’s even another half bath right off of the kitchen near the pool area. The service was absolutely top notch. From travel to and from the airport, to grocery delivery directly into the fridge, to booking a sunset cruise, we were constantly impressed with the service. It rained one day when we were there which made some leaves go in the pool, and within 20 minutes there was a pool guy who came by to clean it! The communication was great, the hosts were great, and the service was great. We have only good things to say about our stay.

This place is absolutely amazing! I had a group of 11 staying here for a group vacation. The house is absolutely perfect, Mark was so quick to answer all my questions ahead of time and Francisco was super attentive while we were there. 2 of our rooms AC weren’t working but they fixed it SUPER fast! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Many other reviews said you could walk down to the beach… we didn’t see that could be possible especially in the heat. It’s a very steep hill but this creates for a phenomenal view. If you’re looking for a perfect vacation home in Cabo book this house immediately!!

This is a must stay home!!  Views are impeccable, the home is clean and the common space is open and inviting to the outdoor space- great for a big group. Mark was incredible throughout the entire process, he helped me coordinate transportation, groceries to be delivered at the house when we arrived and stayed connected with us throughout the weekend to ensure we received everything that was previously discussed. He’s an amazing communicator. I will definitely be back and will choose to stay here again.

This is such a great house! We had a group of 10 stay and it was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect. You can walk up/down to the beach within 15min. Also town is totally walkable. We ubered back up but it’s definitely a doable walk if you aren’t in middle of the day. Also the cafe and tennis courts are right next to the house so we went there for breakfast every day and then played tennis/pickle ball. It was so much fun!  The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The work was a little spotty but overall it was fine. Mark(host) has a wonder group of people to help set up activities, dinners and transportation. Leading up to the trip our host was so responsive in helping confirm everything. I will definitely be staying here again and would recommend to anyone!

Everything about this place is magical!  From the cobble stone streets to the mountain top ocean views, it just breathtaking. I highly recommend hiring Ana and her team to cook you some of your meals. We had breakfast everyday and a few dinners and it was worth every penny. Remember they are reliant on the tips so be prepared to tip well and leave the house better than you left it. It’s a true gem and I sincerely hope we get to go back as soon as possible!

Came for a girls trip with 13 of us! Each room as a bathroom, so great do lots of girls getting ready. Mark was great with communication. The house is amazing and the view is unbeatable. Mark arranged us rides to and from the airport. We tried to do Ubers for other times we went into town, but sometimes they canceled; we ended up just calling the front gate and they would get us a taxi van for 13 girls within 10 minutes. Once you’re downtown, there are taxis everywhere! We had the chef, Ana, come over for one dinner and it was great! We also ate breakfast at the courts cafe, which is right across the street from the house (cash only). We would totally come again if the hot tub were a little warmer! :)

The house is amazing!  The views are amazing!  We were a group of 15 and the house accommodated all of us comfortably.  The beds were great.  We opted for the cook/maid service.  Best thing we did!  I recommend this and will definitely request again.  The walk to town was easy…coming back up was a bit challenging.  But if we weren’t feeling up to the challenge, Uber was an option.  We would love to book again when we go back!

Not enough words in any language to describe this luxury home, the magical views and the amazing surroundings. We were a group of 13 ( total of 6 families) traveling to Cabo and couldn't have found a better place for our group to relax and enjoy the vacation in this beautiful part of Mexico. The pictures posted in the listing, as breathtakingly beautiful as they are, still do not adequately capture the impressive atmosphere of this exotic home. So much taste and careful design in every area. The neighborhood is outstanding with private access to the quiet and non public Pedregal Beach area. The gated community provides an extra layer of safety and security. So many of the town's attractions are located within minutes, with the Cabo Marina as the most popular. The amenities at the place and the large number of private bathrooms and separated bedroom areas makes the home perfect for large groups, and allows for different simultaneous activities so everyone can have fun at her/ his own pace. Will definitely book again! Mark was a great host with fast and instant response to every message or any question. The residence has its own private housekeeping supervisor who is able to address any issues or concerns immediately.

This house was in an amazing, secure location. I had a group of 12, so we were all able to fit comfortably in the 7 bedrooms available.  Each room also had its own bathroom, which was amazing!  We never felt cramped and loved having the pool table, pool and hot tub.  Like many other reviewers said, the pictures for this house don't do it justice.  The house is way larger than the pictures looked and it's super safe and close to the private pedregal beach. Also, the tennis and basketball courts were super fun and there is a cafe there if you need food.  Also, the Waldorf is right at the bottom of the hill, highly recommend visiting there!

Mark and his team with our cook Ana and house manager Fransisco, made our trip an absolute dream! We were a group of 14 for a momentous life event and had the sort of trip you dream about. The house is better then the photos do justice and the spaciousness, openness, outdoor living, jacuzzi and location were perfect. Arriving from the airport, we were greeted by Ana’s home cooking with Flautas, Guac, Chips, Margaritas and more. Getting our COVID tests administered was easy with Tonja's help in scheduling. You can expect amazing views from every room in the house. The property was also very clean..Close to the marina area with lots of shops  and restaurants. Word of caution......property is up a very steep hill so prepare to call an uber or taxi for any trips into town.

The villa was amazing! Like other reviews state the pictures do not do it justice. The location is perfect you are walking distance to downtown Cabo and the marina. The pedegral community is very safe- we had to call down in order for our taxis and uber's to be let into the community (and they keep the drivers ID until they come back through the gate). I had no complaints however some of the other members of the group ( group of 9 females celebrating bachelorrette) wanted the shower temperature to be hotter and the jacuzzi hotter. My response "It's already hot enough outside" but again personal preference I would recommend reaching out to the house manager and have him adjust it- he was prompt with all our request(i.e. one of the room AC wasnt working but it was fixed by the next day). The host for the house booked some items for us but I reccomend doing some items yourself because its cheaper, even though the convenience was nice. -massages at the beach $30 for 1hr -buying liquor at the airport - use uber's! I will definitely be coming back and staying again hopefully next time just a couples trip.

Amazing trip! Mark was very helpful from arranging transportation, the chef, home visit for Covid testing… Everything was terrific!

We highly recommend this home. It is beautiful inside and out. The home is in a great location, you are close to everything in Cabo. We look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Good house. Great location. Great views. The AC did not work in one room, the jacuzzi was not working, and there were other issues, which are problems you don’t expect given the price. I will gladly admit was a lovely looking  house overall and the host was tremendously helpful.

This place is beautiful! Views of the marina and beach from the pool area are great. Check-in was really easy. Mark does a great job of giving you all details that you’ll need about the house before you arrive. The kitchen has plenty of great cookware for feeding a lot of people and you are only about 7 minutes to downtown. I will point that the bedroom with its own separate entrance outside the house does not have entrance into the rest of the house. I only say this because it took us a little while to find that room when we checked in. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling with a bigger group to Cabo.

Beautiful views from every level! No worries about security or safety in the Pedregal community at all! The house was immaculately clean and the best beds I have ever slept in abroad. Location to the marina and downtown couldn’t be beat! The house manger and the owner were both attentive and very helpful before and during our stay. We hired the cook and cleaning staff recommended by Mark and so glad we did! The meals were all fantastic and we fell in love with Anna! We were a group of 14 for several meals and she owned everyone of them!

You won’t be upset. It’s worth every penny. Just see for yourself. Very spacious, views amazing what else can you ask for?

My stay here was everything I could've asked for, and then some. Seriously, the location is perfect and the views are absolutely breathtaking. If you're looking for a place to stay for a large group, look no further. Aside from the views, what I loved most was that each bedroom was its own suite with a private bathroom. This home has plenty of space to entertain, both inside and outside, and was spotless clean - a true luxury villa. In addition, if you need assistance with activities, catering, transfers, etc., Mark has resources to take care of all of that. Five star service & stay!

This is an amazing house for a group! Wonderful views, great location and plenty of space for a big group. The walk down to the marina and downtown area is a bit steep but Uber can take you back up for a few dollars.

When you get to this place the views and amenities says it all. You will be smiling from ear to ear. The villa is so amazing a must see. Breathe taking views and wonderful pool area with beautiful kitchen. I highly recommend to property for your next vacation.

Mark was a fantastic host, always getting back to us within the hour. His was amazing and clean, and he was very helpful with everything involving Covid.

This place is spectacular! The pictures don’t do any justice to the views. An incredible space, we had a blast. The host was very responsive and helped immediately with any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

This house is INCREDIBLE, especially for the price. The pictures don’t even begin to show how amazing the views, space or amnesties are. The location is UNBEATABLE, walking to both the marina and Pedregal beach is easy and scenic but be prepared for an intense uphill hike back. Uber is very cheap and reliable, but you will definitely need to walk back from the beach. The cooks were so sweet and talented although for a group of 5, there were always far too many left overs and we ended up only needing them for 2/7 nights. You really are right next to the Tennis court and cafe, but i believe you need your own equipment as well as a reserved time slot. There’s also a basketball and pickle ball court, you’ll need your own b-ball but you can rent the paddles for pickle ball when someone is there. I cannot recommend this home or location enough. Pedregal is 10000% the place to be when in Cabo!!!!! The security in the community was beyond impressive, I felt very important pulling up the the gate guards and driving through the cobblestone hills filled with huge, mountainside architecture. The exit leads you right into the Cabo Marina, it is the heart of nightlife, restaurants, bars, and everything else a tourist could possibly need! Corona side note: everything closes between 10-11 but the house is perfect for an after party. Our trip would not have been as perfect without this house. I highly recommend Mark as a host, his home, and all the amenities provided.

This home is absolutely gorgeous with some of the most amazing views. Like others have said in previous reviews, the pictures do not do it justice. The house is even more beautiful and spacious in person. The Pedregal neighborhood is amazing and we felt very safe. There are two bedroom suites on each floor so plenty of room to spread out with privacy. The home had everything we could possibly need. The hot tub, infinity pool, and pool table were great to have and our group used them every day. There were two washers and dryers and all the appliances you could think of. We hired the cooking services that Mark recommended and we wished we would of done it sooner. I highly recommend them! Two ladies came in and spent the entire day cooking, chopping up vegetables, cutting fresh fruits, and cleaning. The food was amazing! The fresh salsa and guacamole was the best I've ever tasted. There were left overs for days which we made several breakfasts from. There is a Courts Café directly across the street which serves great breakfast and lunch with excellent service. Highly recommend giving them a try. It's about a 15 minute walk downhill to the marina. The walk back up is pretty steep so we would use Uber which was quick and very inexpensive. It cost us around $2-$3 per ride with Uber. Mark is a great host with quick responses and excellent recommendations. His building manager Francisco was super and such a great help too. He even brought us his personal TV box so the guys could watch the Super Bowl. What great service! I highly recommend Mark's place! We can't wait to go back and are already planning our next trip.

Amazing view with enough room for an entire family plus guests to stay. Also very clean. Just a reminder if you plan on walking into town, the house is pretty much at the top of a hill, so be prepared to hike a bit.

Great place. The pictures do not do this place any justice. ! The moment you walk in you see the best patio and opening ever.  It then becomes a mad rush of everyone claiming their rooms. So many great views and hard choices to pick the best. The amenities are the best. Owner and house manager are very attentive and on it for anything you might need.  I'm already planning my next trip back!!

This house and the views are gorgeous!! The pictures from the listing do not do it any or the neighborhood any justice. Checkin and checkout were both easy. We enjoyed the entire house and had no issues except for the hot tub which only heated up one day out of 7. I would Recommend arriving to the home in the day time as arriving at night made it a bit difficult to find the house but security came to our rescue quickly! We decided to pay extra for the chef and maid, Gilberta and Anna, respectively, and it was a really good decision. Gilberta’s fresh tortilla chips, salsas, and guacamole were all delicious!! We also had tacos, Birria, tamales, daily breakfast and coffee and quesadillas among other things. We would all definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay- the home is absolutely gorgeous- clean, spacious, and the VIEW is spectacular! The staff (house manager, chefs & cleaning we hired) was amazing, and the owner's help before & during the stay (recommendations, arranging transportation & cook & cleaning, etc.) was incredible! We highly recommend to others and hope to return! We had 6 couples in our group & all have said it's the very best vacay to Mexico any of us have experienced!!!
