The views were breathtaking and truly one of the highlights of our stay; waking up and winding down each day with such scenery was unforgettable. This place was amazing! A group of us girls went to Cabo for a friends wedding and decided to get a house in Pedregal and we were so thrilled with this choice. Easy for Ubers to get in and out of and downtown was close. Felt very private and the house manager was so sweet to work with. The only tiny complaint we had is that the hot tub doesn’t have an on/off button at the location so we had to reach out to the host to turn it on remotely from her phone. This means we didn’t get to enjoy it as often as we would have liked but the pool was lovely.

Awesome house in an amazing neighborhood. Had a morning sunrise view of the ocean everyday. Close to town and Carlos was attentive to all of our requests.

Carlos was awesome, we checked in with ease!!!  He has margaritas and chips with both salsa an guacamole ready.  The house was amazing, the views priceless, you will not be disappointed.  He helped with every aspect from booking tours to booking taxis to just helping answer questions.  He like a "fixer" - he knows everyone!!!

This was our second visit to the Villa, and we're already planning our next! Carlos and the team are incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was fantastic. We eagerly anticipate returning again.

Carlos went ABOVE & BEYOND to help us prepare for the weekend (including coordinating the set up of a bunch of balloon decorations that were ready upon arrival + welcome food / drinks by a chef). The house is beautiful, very clean, had a ton of supplies, and is in a great location. While we were there Carlos was easy to get a hold of on whats app and able to answer all our questions in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property and thank you for your help with shuttle arrangements, late night hot tub settings ect. and most of all , being quick to respond with any questions we had or help we requested.  The welcoming margaritas were also much appreciated!   It has been rough not waking up to the stunning sunrises and amazing views the property provides.

This was my 3rd stay at La Diosa De La Luna, and 2nd in back to back weekends. The house is incredible and great for large groups. We had breakfast each morning prepared by Rosie. Additionally, we also had an amazing dinner prepared at the house on our last night! It was a truly amazing trip! Huge thanks to Carlos for always making sure we had everything taken care of. I stayed at Villa la Diosa de la Luna for a birthday weekend celebration and had an amazing time. The house is so unique and has the perfect layout for a group. The views were incredible!! Pictures don’t do the place justice. Carlos was an exceptional host. He reached out for help before we arrived, have us a great check in experience, and was very communicative and responsive throughout our stay. He helped make our experience easier by doing everything from unloading luggage, bringing over extra supplies, arranging taxis, and coming by the house to help when issues like plumbing came up. If you stay here you’ll be in great hands with him! The only downside of the experience was that the house was falling apart in some places. The property is beautiful and unique but could use an update or more maintenance to restore some of its features. Even still I would highly recommend this house and Carlos especially.

Three of my best friends and two sons we recently stayed at this property. I usually am one for reviewing all the reviews and reviewing properties and calling getting information. The photos and reviews don’t do this place justice. First of all the home is absolutely beautiful. It is at the top of an exclusive community that’s gated. The views from the rooms including the bedroom, the dining room the pool and Jacuzzi area are absolutely breathtaking. Do you look out over Cabo and direct me to the marina and Ocean in Bay views. Totally unobstructed views. The way the property is set up the kitchen and dining and living room are on the right there’s a center TV seating area with separate kitchen and frig so no running for snacks and beer. Also on the opposite side of that are the bedrooms. It makes it a perfect location to have people spread out multiple families or multiple couples, or a great group of friends. although the areas are separated, they are still together, and can be made a

The house is amazing. It is tucked away in the mountain and there is  a security checkpoint that adds another level of safety.  If you are interested in other services  like drivers, chef's tours be sure to ask the host; he has resources for that stuff.  The house is pricy so I would advise having a big party to split the cost.

This place has an absolutely stunning view.. 5 Stars is not enough for the view and location. Carlos made sure we got to and from the airport without incident. He was also gracious enough to do some local shopping for us to fill the fridge. He’s a SuperStar Host. The house pretty much looks like the photos and myself and kids and grandkids absolutely enjoyed are stay and look forward to going back. The view from the poolside, bedrooms, living room the entire house was stunning. The only thing is there were ANTS in 1 area of the 2nd kitchen so we could barely use the counter top. We chalked it up to the construction that’s going on in the area and the time of year it is as most people have ants right now. Other than that we are looking forward to going back and enjoying the hospitality. Carlos was a Gem. Lovely…

Magnificent views. Perfect location. It's a Large home ideal for a large family or a big group of people. Great responsive host. However the house is dated, kitchen not really all functional with cabinets falling apart it has definitely seen better days. Most importantly the home is NOT kid friendly - too many steps, edges, stairs and hazardous areas for little ones.

It's hard to put in to words how great this home is. From check in to checkout Carlos took care of everything we needed. From having groceries stocked when we arrived, greeting us with a welcome margarita, guac and chips, arranging all of our transportation during our stay.....It was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! I definitely recommend highly and be a return occupant. Thank you Carlos for everything!!

I'll start off by saying our stay at La Diosa de la Luna was great, very glad we did it. The house location is killer, views of downtown Cabo at night are absolutely gorgeous. We arrived much earlier than the 3-4pm check in time and Carlos greeted us, let us hangout at the house while they finished getting it ready and showed us around. One day Carlos had lunch catered and it was delicious, would very much recommend that service! The only things I would change would be being able to use the AC in the main living areas. I wish we could have turned the hot tub on manually at the house versus having to text Carlos, we tried to use it 3x without being able to due to no response. I would also add a "house directions" book of sorts. We missed a dinner reservation because I was told to text and he'd have a cab come up. Well we tried that and I ended up having to walk and find someone that knew the phone number for the security booth, so we could let drivers in.

This place was perfect. Nice and private, felt right at home. Carlos was awesome, always helpful and helped us with whatever we needed. He organised drivers to pick us up and drop us off wherever we wanted. I highly recommend this stay for anyone else. We would deformity stay here again if we came back to Cabo. Beautiful place with an incredible view! The chef we booked never showed up, there were no basic toiletries (shampoo etc), and some of the groceries we ordered were missing but everything else was pretty seamless. Highly recommend!

Where do I start? Amazing...simply Amazing! La Diosa de la Luna is a stunning home on a spectacular site. The property is completely as depicted in the pictures...in fact, it is more than the pictures can convey. John and Lesley were a pleasure to communicate with from reservation to departure. And Carlos made himself available for any of our needs during our stay. We can't thank you all enough for facilitating a great family weekend. We found that it was a very easy walk into town (all down hill) and taxi's were readily available to head back up...thanks to Carlos. The community of Pedregal is a very upscale development and felt very secure; with great proximity to the heart of Cabo. The home was so nice we chose to spend our last day just enjoying ourselves at the property and have a chef come onsite for our last dinner...a perfect end to a perfect weekend. I highly recommend La Diosa de la Luna as your destination in Cabo San Lucas!

An absolutely incredible house. The pictures do not do it justice!! Came with a group of friends for my birthday and had the greatest time ever. Stunning views of Cabo and the ocean that never get old. The outdoor space is perfect for lounging during the day and at night the fire pit was key. Lesley was a fantastic host and was super helpful the entire time. If I could leave 10 stars I would!!!

Our stay was an incredible experience. The views from the villa were breathtaking, with panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding neighborhood. The villa was located on a hill, providing a secluded and peaceful retreat. One of the highlights of the villa was the cozy fireplace, perfect for a cool evening in. The villa was also well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning views in a great neighborhood.

John’s home was absolutely amazing. Our group of 9 had the best time and the house is even better in person. Do not let a single bad review deter you from the property, it’s perfect and hard to beat the view. Location was also a huge plus being gated and close to the downtown/marina area. Also, Carlos was wonderful and so attentive for us. Anytime we needed food, drinks, supplies or a car he was there to handle it quickly. We will be back!

Carlos is a great host. I was able contact him several times for taxi’s and also for decorations for my wife’s party. The home is very large and takes at least a day to truthfully enjoy. Our time there was very memorable and my wife enjoyed her birthday. It’s up a very tall mountain range but pretty close to the marina and downtown cabo.

This villa is absolutely stunning. It is situated at the very top of the Pedregal and you look down over the entire city. There is no reason you would want or need to leave since Carlos will bring you anything you need, but if you do want to go out he will call you a taxi and all the drivers know the villa by name so it’s easy to get back. The view is wonderful looking at Cabo.  Looking up the hill at night to see the villa was very special. The interior is comfortable,  beautiful and functional.  The pool was cool. We only stay for a couple days after a week in a to time share.  This villa was much superior to the time share.

I stayed here for 4 days with my wife and 5 friends for a wedding. This place was beautiful and exactly as stated. Gorgeous views, comfortable bedrooms, and very supportive staff. I would highly recommend it.

PERFECTION! Everything about this property was A1! Communication with Lesley & John (hosts) was super smooth. Rosie and Carlos (property managers) were amazing, and they accommodated us to the max! Upon arrival, Carlos met us outside and walked us in where we were greeted by Rosie and margaritas! YUM! We then toured the property and ran straight to the pool area to relax.. we didn’t even get settled in. The infinity pool overlooked the city and was absolutely breathtaking! && Every bedroom in the home had a view! The entire home was clean and super comfortable. Exceeded our expectations. Rosie made us breakfast every morning which was also AMAZING, and was a great jumpstart to our day. Carlos was also readily available to help us with whatever we needed. We often started our mornings relaxing in the sun after breakfast before exploding Medano which is a few minutes away. Carlos made dinner reservations for us when we weren’t able to get in touch with a few restaurants ourselves. Coming home to an already warm pool and jacuzzi really added a touch to our night. We relaxed with champagne and enjoyed the music coming from the city before turning in. Property felt super safe (gated community) and we had no worries. Rosie and Carlos always checked to see if we needed anything else before leaving and always said goodbye before locking up. Carlos made sure Covid tests were scheduled and rendered in home without any hiccups, so we really appreciated that. We did not want to leave. I’m trying to figure out a way to move in! Lol! We will definitely be back because La Diosa de La Luna has set the bar really high, and we will not stay anywhere else besides here! Thank you for making our stay in Cabo, SUPER LUXE!

We had such an insanely good time at this place… the reviews that are disparaging anything about this house, clearly had ulterior motives. The view is stunning. Every room has views and a private balcony. Carlos and Rosie were so cool, we wanted them to hang out and drink with us! Honestly our whole group was so freaking impressed and happy; the only downside is that we had to leave. We stay in pedregal quite often every year, and have had some legendary visits, and this one may have been the best one of them all! Highly recommended.

I WAS CATFISHED BY THIS PROPERTY! This house is not what they say it is nor do you get all they say you will! I don’t even know where to start with this property. First and foremost we are supposed to have access to the entire house. Nope. We are missing bedrooms, one bedroom has a bed so small our guest had to sleep sideways and they’re all supposed to be king. We are missing amenities that are supposed to be here including a pool table, a sauna, AND AN ENTIRE FLOOR that we can’t even get to. Not as advertised, again. This house is in disrepair. The photos taken are clearly very old. Even the furniture isn’t the same. What is there is cheap, stained and uncomfortable. There are numerous safety issues. There is exhaust fumes from the laundry room coming into the bedroom and lights hanging from the ceiling. There are loose wires hanging out pretty much everywhere. It is completely dangerous with faulty wiring and burn marks on the walls. Let’s talk about clean! I had to change my own sheets on my bed because they were dirty upon arrival! My towels were stained. THERE WAS A CONDOM in the plant in front of my bedroom! The bathrooms by the pool are broken, the sink does not work, the handle is broken and just sitting by the sink. The other bathroom downstairs HAS NO SEAT! Every single bedroom has faulty air conditioning and they all smell of mold. None of the rooms come with curtains. So much for sleeping in!We have two kitchens and none of them are equipped with proper amenities. There is nothing you would need to make a meal. And forget about cocktails because the ice machine barely works. We were told we were not too use one of the kitchens. So much for whole house. There is constant construction noise and people working directly underneath this house starting at 7 AM. None of the TVs work. The barbecue has no lid. There is tile missing and falling off around the pool which is dangerous. The pool is freezing and the lights don’t work. I asked numerous times before arrival what the temperature of the pool was, zero reply. I was told it would be $150 a day to heat the pool after I got there.The hot tub drained all by itself and was shooting out water everywhere. We do not have access to turn on the hot tub, I have to text Carlos EVERY TIME I want to turn it on. Seriously. We went all night without the use of it because he didn’t answer the text to turn it on. And without it on, it’s freezing as well. Speaking of Carlos, he comes in the house without asking. Just walks right in. He comes and goes as he pleases as does his mom. When we arrived he was actually having his lunch in the kitchen. Although he is nice, I don’t need a babysitter. This is a privacy issue! It is unacceptable to have somebody just walk into a home when you have rented out the entire property. We had him pre-arrange someone to come to the house to give us our Covid tests before we could leave. The guy he sent in was a fraud. Pretty much scammed everyone out of their money. A second test had to be performed, but the first guy took photos of our passports and our money. Don’t let them book this for you if you choose to stay here. The front door does not always lock, there is duct tape over the latch, there is no security in this house as none of the doors locked properly. Not to mention there are no safes in this house for your personal belongings or passports so when you walk away from this house to go on an adventure, hopefully your stuff is there when you get back. Anyone could just walk right in and take whatever they want.This house is filthy. Forget Covid protocol, there isn’t regular cleaning protocol in this house. It’s unacceptable. I really can’t get into all of the disgusting things I saw without making myself sick all over again.This house is not how it is being advertised and as much as it costs per night we shouldn’t have had to deal with these problems while trying to enjoy our vacation. It should not be advertised as five star when is at best a 2.5. When we arrived we tried to inform Carlos of all of the things that were wrong with this house. He just said the owners couldn’t afford to fix it and brushed us off. I shouldn’t have to sit and wait for someone to fix things while I’m trying to enjoy my vacation. If we weren’t a party of eight already in Mexico, we would’ve just went somewhere else. But in the middle of your vacation that’s not an easy thing to accomplish. Nor should you have to try to find other accommodations when you spent over 7k! There are so many beautiful places to stay in Cabo. This is not one of them, it was just absolutely dreadful. Pick another house guys!

Best views in Cabo! The house was everything we expected for our group of 8. Carlos took care of anything we needed. The breakfast by Rosa was the right way to start each day.  I would highly recommend this rental.

Not as good as it seems! The photos listed are old and obviously taken when the house was in prime condition. Many of the seating arrangements are no longer there or have been replaced. In the main area that opens to the pool, the furniture has been replaced with an uncomfortable couch and has a non working TV. This is the only room in the house with a TV that could be shared with guests and it does not work! They are clearly aware of this as we were told when getting the tour. Much of the pool furniture shown in the photos is no longer there. The listing states “entire house”. The three nights we were there, the owner was there two nights. We were told of the first night as he was arriving. The last night we were not notified but noticed dirty dishes in the kitchen in the morning. Sketchy to say the least. The car was in the garage the morning so we knew they were there. The house has a beautiful view but seems to be in disrepair. Missing tiles by the steps to the pool, just sitting where they fell. Hurricane shutters that don’t go up so you don’t have the entire view from the main room. The battery in the smoke detector beeped for two days until I asked Carlos to put a new battery in. Two dishwashers in the main kitchen do not work. The gas grill had no cover on it. The handle to the 1/2 bath door by the pool is broken and sitting by the sink. We were unable to lock the patio doors at night. The communications with the owners prior to arrival were horrible. Carlos and Rosie were wonderful and helped when we needed something. Seems like they are employed to be there “full time” and we didn’t feel like we had any privacy. Seemed like Carlos was paid to be our babysitter. We did have Rosie make breakfasts and they were wonderful and prepared beautifully. We will definitely find other accommodations next time we return to Cabo.

The villa is everything it says it is and more. We highly highly recommend the staff. They took care of everything we needed. The pictures don’t do the views justice, they’re absolutely amazing and every room has a view. 10/10!

If you're looking to be blown away by the view, look no further. This house has the absolute best view in Cabos.  Although hard to believe, the views at night are almost better than the ones during the day, and the sunrises are absolutely stunning.  Carlos and Rosario are absolutely great; she made us great breakfasts; Carlos helped with logistics, and his recommendations on restaurants and activities were right on target, so don't hesitate to ask him for suggestions.  We are already planning our return trip to Diosa de la Luna.

Previously to the trip John nor Lesley answered my questions, they took about 1 to 4 days and the answered were not clear or they didint cleared my doubts. The house and the personnel we’re amazing, much better communication with them than with John and Lesley. They were fast and with great actitud. The only thing about the house was that the door of the pool didint worked and nobody told me until I arrived and it ruins part of the view that you can see in the photos. But in general it was a good experience. Only they should improve communication previous to the trip.

Great location. Beautiful. And the help at the house was so convenient, I loved being able to reach out to Carlos and his mother for any questions or help.

I highly recommend it, house on top of the hill with great views. Communication started out shaky but once i was settled in everything was smooth sailing. I can’t wait stay at the house again

great house nice view Carlos and his mom are super nice but communication with the owner was poor. she was in Europe and everytime we needed something to be answered it took a long time for for a response. not to mention I paid for an invoice she sent me and I didn't receive alot of things on the invoice

This house has one of the best views in all of Cabo. It truly is a very nice house and the accommodations were awesome. Carlos and Rossy were amazing as well helping us to schedule taxi's, make grocery (tequila) runs, and Rossy helping to clean and cook breakfast for us. Highly recommend

we arrived mid week and were welcomed by carlos and his mother both amazing people. The home was everything and more my family ever imagined. With the breathtaking views I swear my brother seriously debated sleeping in the pool lol. The best views of cabo by far. In the morning rosario made the best breakfast definitely  worth doing. Highly reccomend this home to anyone demanding luxury, comfort, and quality at its best. I can't wait to come back to this palace again.  Thank you again guys!

Let me introduce you to Heaven. Beautiful, luxurious, magnificent Mansion. Best kept secret in Cabo. The pool was amazing, and so is the view. Each bedroom is a suite. Very luxurious. Mansion is at the top of Pedregal. Service at the resort is prompt and joyful. Very much added to my experience. A+ John and his wife are always prompt and always accommodating for any needs that you will have. Very COVID friendly. Everything was cleaned and sanitized daily; staff is always masked and distanced. Excellent resort experience with the benefits of private residences. Highly recommend. John’s place is simply amazing! The pictures just don’t do this property justice! The views are amazing, the house was spotless, and the the bedrooms are super spacious! John was super responsive and even gave us some local tips. We also used the cook and a few other services John offered. I will definitely return and highly recommend this property.

An exceptionally beautiful place to stay with panoramic views of the bay and an amazing indoor outdoor living space. From a seasoned pedregal veteran that visits 4 times a year I can say that John's place is truly special.

John’s property is really beautiful. Views are amazing, and the layout of the home is very functional. Decor is up to date, and the home is very clean as John’s staff works tirelessly to ensure nothing is overlooked.

This place is amazing! Perfect view from one of the highest points in Cabo. Sunsets are perfect! You’re minutes from the marina. We had the girls cooking us breakfast when we woke up, and maids that cleaned up after a fun night out. 10/10 Im staying here every time I’m in Cabo. I can’t say enough good things about this spot.

This place was amazing. I had no idea what to expect walking in, but once you do, the view will captivate you. Plenty of different spaces through out. Open, airy and bright. Rooms were cool and all had amazing views and balconies. Woke up to a spotless villa every morning. Will absolutely be staying here again on my next trip to Cabo.

John’s house was just phenomenal even better than it looks in the pictures. If your looking for the best house in cabo this is it. Can’t wait to come stay here again next time I’m in cabo.

Beautiful house situated at the top of Pedregal! The pool is amazing and so is the view. Also the rooms were very nice with great sunrise/sunset views. John was also very helpful and quick to respond. Definitely recommend this place! We will be back.
