We loved our visit! There was lots of nature life; monkeys, sloths, macaws and lizards! Our concierge, Yousé was available for anything we needed and the house was stunning. We really loved every minute of our vacation!

John's house was the perfect place for us to decompress after traveling and before we relocated for our wedding celebration. The interior decor was beautiful. There are quite a few steps to get down to the house but once you are there, it's an incredible place to stay! Thanks for the great start to our wedding week in Manuel Antonio! ¡Pura vida!

Great house, well located, clean with very effective air conditioners! Very good communication with the concierge, Yosue. Could hear all the jungle sounds at night and saw amazing wildlife from the pool deck. The beaches in the area were lovely and Yosue directed us to the better ones. We had two floors which were each independent units. There were 8 of us so there was no dining room table to accommodate us all and not enough plates/cutlery in one unit, so we had to take things between the two floors. Not too inconvenient, but something to note if you want to all sit together for meals. I think we would probably rent a car to explore a bit further if we stayed again. Also the supermarkets within walking distance were limited for fresh fruit, veg and meat. Altogether a great holiday home!

Josue our concierge was great, always available for any communication.

The home is beautiful. We had the bottom 2 levels of the 4 available.

There is no beach access, but it’s a short 5-10 minute drive.

The peaceful sounds of the jungle were amazing to wake up to.

Home was clean with daily cleaning service available.

Josue set up massages and chefs to come to the home.

It was a lovely spot! Very spacious and modern. Saw lots of wildlife from the deck. Convenient location. Would recommend!

Wonderful place for our family and extended family! Yosué and housekeeping ladies were exceptional! We saw three different types of monkeys, parrots, toucans, iguanas, bats, and a sweet sloth all on the property!

We have been to Costa Rica several times and this was my favorite vacation rental to date. Their concierge, Yosue, was very friendly and responsive. The location is fantastic, and we loved the wildlife. We saw a sloth, macaws, iguanas and the monkeys passed through each morning. The house has very large rooms and was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved our stay and cannot wait to be back again.

The house is beautiful and spacious. The concierge, Yosue was wonderful!!! Very responsive and offering good advice. We saw monkeys and birds every morning from the deck. Would soon come back

Great spot in the middle of the jungle and exactly where you need to be for restaurants, coffee and more. John and Yosue communicated well and made it a smooth process.

This was one of the best vacation experiences, and we travel A LOT with high standards!!! I was consistently surprised by the amount of amenities and help the staff and concierge provided. We had daily laundry, a private chef, and we were able to add an extra family to the house. There was plenty of space, and it was very easy and clean. The concierge is one of the best we have worked with, and this vacation will be unforgettable.

Pura Vida!!

We enjoyed our first time in Costa Rica and the house was great. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Our concierge, Yosue, was extremely responsive and helpful.

The apartment homes were perfect for our two day stay. The pool was outstanding and Howler monkeys sloth right outside our windows was remarkable.

The house was gorgeous and the service was terrific! The concierge helped us so much. It was very easy to communicate, ask questions, and request things. We got a lot of personalized recommendations, which made our trip even better. The house was also PRISTINE and beautiful. Already planning on rebooking for next visit

The place is new, the pictures don't do justice, the place looks much better and bigger in person. The place has two separate kitchens on each floor. Very close to everything, two parking lots, I suggest for the ones with small cars to park upstairs. I can't wait to come back.

We stayed in the house for a few days and had a wonderful stay! The house is well located, many amenities with fully equipped kitchens. It is peaceful with an amazing view. You feel immersed in the jungle and saw many animals. Thank you!!

I'll start by saying this will be my second home from now on! I will not stay in other properties when in the area!
