Tuvimos una excelente estadia en el alojamiento de Luis, el departamento es aun mejor que en fotos, y la atencion de Ale la co host fue increible. Las ameninades de la Amada al igual son excelentes, en general la pasamos muy bien y volveria a reservar para vacaciones familiares.

Host went above and beyond to make sure we had the best vacation! Arranged private transportation from airport and groceries upon arrival for us…it really helped us so much as we were traveling with a baby! Highly recommend! The apartment was extremely spacious and had all the amenities upon arrival for our 11month old to stay comfortably too! Pack n play, high chair, and even a wagon to roll out everything we needed for the beach. The amenities here were wonderful and never too crowded. We made lots of family memories here and will return!

Awesome service, awesome house, awesome complex. Perfect if you want to be away from CANCUN life but still somewhat close (30 to 55 min away depending on traffic.)

El lugar es confortable, tiene todo muy bien ordenado, además de que el anfitrión siempre se mostró muy servicial, el lugar se siente muy seguro y con muy buena privacidad, la playa súper limpia y sin vendedores ambulantes ni aglomeraciones además de que las amenidades y el staff son de primera, es un gran lugar si vas en plan familiar o de descanso !

Beautiful facilities - lovely landscaping, beach w/ chaise loungers and straw shade umbrellas. Pool area w/ several pools, hot tubs, plenty of chairs and semi private cabanas. Poolside bar & restaurant available, as well as kids play room and outdoor play area. Very good security. The unit itself was large - plenty of room for our family, lots of towels, indoor and outdoor seating. The beds were comfortable. While the unit was well presented, several items needed maintenance/did not function properly (burner on stove, washing machine cycles, a bedside lamp, no remote for the TV...). The white/off white furniture needed attention/deep cleaning. Not "show stoppers," just inconvenient and disappointing for the price point. The host was VERY responsive in bringing kids items listed as amenities but not present in the unit upon arrival, and in answering our questions. Overall we enjoyed our stay - already missing the beautiful weather and poolside iguanas.

We had wonderful time at La Amda, house was really beautiful and well furnished. Easy to get in and out and very secured. Pool, restaurant and the beach was few steps away. Ale was always responsive and answered all our questions. I would love to stay again here. Thank you!

We had a great time. Perfect for our big group and young kids. I felt safe when I was at the complex and there was lots to do. The grounds were very pretty and well groomed. We had the beach and the pool mostly to ourselves all week. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had a very hiccups on our trip and they were happy to help.
