The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel, full-sized appliances and granite countertops. The indoor dining area comfortably accommodates four guests. The interior design enhances the vacation atmosphere with its tropical theme.

A standout feature of this condo is the large terrace overlooking the sparkling pools below. The terrace includes a dining table and offers a shaded retreat in the morning with partial sun in the afternoon, ideal for enjoying meals or refreshing drinks outdoors.

Situated within a gated, secure resort-style community, building L4 is conveniently located next to the pedestrian gate, offering excellent walkability. This prime spot allows guests to easily explore the surrounding area, making it a perfect base for a tropical getaway.

Guests have exclusive, private access to the condo. Community amenities are shared with other visitors.

Other Information

Pacifico Beach Club

The Pacifico Beach Club is available exclusively to Pacifico guests and features infinity-edge ocean-view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food and beverage service. Access to the Beach Club costs $35 per person per day. Of this, $25 is credited toward food and drinks, while the remaining $10 covers facility use. Children under 12 are admitted free of charge.

The Beach Club provides pool towels and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club. Guests have full access to beach chairs, lounge areas, and umbrellas. Cabanas are available by reservation for an additional fee. Renters cannot reserve cabanas in advance but may inquire about availability and pricing at the Beach Club reception.

A free shuttle operates between the Pacifico development and the Beach Club.

Note: The Pacifico Beach Club closes annually during October and may occasionally close for private events. These closures are beyond our control, but we strive to inform guests promptly.

Pacifico Sports Complex

Guests can use the tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, and soccer pitch at the Pacifico Sports Complex. The facility is open daily from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Equipment is not provided.
