This is a great location if you want privacy, beautiful views, and easy to get in and out of Jaco. You have to walk up to the third floor, so not good for mobility issues. Really good place for a beach break and not far from local attractions.

Great host responsive and friendly The view from the place is amazing its directly on the beach. The condo was clean and the beds were soo comfortable. There are big pools right beside the beach with many chairs. The condo is still in a place where you can walk to everything but a little further from the main area. I 100% recommend and if I return i would book again there

This is a beautiful condo, in a beautiful location. An elevator would make it perfect, but 3 flights of stairs is not too bad. The bed in the primary suite was amazing. I woke up feeling refreshed every morning I was there. Such a treat!

Great location with beautiful ocean views on the third top floor. Beautiful patio with table and chairs for 4 facing the beach and overlooks pool. Also, a private 4th floor upper sun deck on roof with very comfortable cushion chairs and couch with outstanding views. A very nice restaurant Claritas (newly updated) is right next door. The host Dream Makers were very responsive and very personable. These beachside end units don't have elevators, but very appreciative of security staff lending a hand to get luggage upstairs.

We had an absolute blast. Right on the beach, most fun vacation we have had. Relaxing and exciting! Great staff!

We had a great time again. This is probably the 4th time we have stayed at this group of condos and the first time in this particular unit. This unit has everything you want and need.

Had a great stay at this unit. Very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable, and air conditioner worked perfectly. Did not have any complaints about the property, unit or surrounding area near air bnb. Cindy was responsive whenever I reached out to her. Did not get a chance to use the pool or go down to the beach due to the weather, it rained my whole stay. Only thing was, I arrived at the unit only to find out I had to stop at the office about 4 minutes drive down the main road to fill out paperwork. Wish I could of received the code to place our things inside the unit then head over to the office because while the car was parked across the street from office someone broke into the rental car and stole our bags. That didn't have anything to do with the property or host. But was a major inconvenience at the beginning of our trip. But I understand having to fill out paperwork in order to get keys/code for unit. Overall, I would definitely stay at this property again. 10 out of 10
