Perfect place to stay in within Manuel Antonio, perfect views, plenty of monkeys and birds to see, amazing restaurant staff in the restaurant, would 100% recommend

There are tons of birds. The manager was great and very helpful with everything. The place was nice; however, it needs some serious love. The adobe outside finish has some holes and inside there sheetrock needs some paint and nails hammered back in and there was some mold in the living room.

Kim's place is beautiful and location is very convenient. Quepos and Manuel Antonio Park is close to it. Also, Johan was very attentive and helpful with everything we need. He helped me to surprise my husband with a 50 year balloon decoration for his birthday. We had an awesome time in Kim's place.

Genial entorno, instalaciones y hospitalidad. Tras las casas, una explosión de vida silvestre. Mis niños, enamorados de la piscina. Muchas gracias Johan por una maravillosa estadía.

Mii madre mi esposa y mi niña de 3 años pudieron ver dos clases de monos en el patio trasero; vimos tres capibaras; mariposas; lapas; tucanes. Fue grandioso. Nunca antes he estado en lugar donde de pueda mirar tanta fauna junta.

Great place to stay. Lovely pool and common area. There's also a great spot for breakfast onsite with really friendly staff. Would recommend for any type of group, family or other.

Notre arrivée s’est très bien passée avec des instructions très claires de Johan. Toujours présents sur la résidence il s’applique à nous renseigner et c’est très appréciable ! Les maisons ne sont plus de premières jeunesses, bien qu’entretenues il y a des petits détails que nous avons remarqué. Nous avions la Clim, le logement était propre, la piscine et l’espace BBQ sont des vrais plus à cette résidence !
