The Space
This listing is for the three-bedroom house, located 200 meters from the beach. The property includes two houses on a single piece of land, sharing a jungle-like backyard and a pool situated between them. You can book this house separately to accommodate up to six guests or combine it with the second house to host up to eleven people. The three-bedroom house features:
Master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower
Two guest bedrooms, each with two twin beds
Shared bathroom between the guest bedrooms
Kitchen equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, and a variety of pots, pans, and utensils
Complimentary essentials in the kitchen including large 5-gallon bottles of drinking water, salt, pepper, vegetable oil, and coffee filters
Both houses have sliding doors that open to the backyard, which includes:
A pool
A beautiful outdoor shower
Chaise loungers
Rocking chairs
Please note that the electric bill is the responsibility of guests when renting monthly.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the rented house, the shared backyard, and the pool. Laundry facilities are not available for guest use; however, our maid can handle all laundry services so you can focus on enjoying your stay.
Additional Information
Hacienda Iguana is a developing community with ongoing construction nearby. Currently, there are no houses being built immediately adjacent to the property. If you have concerns about construction noise or activity, please contact us for the latest updates before booking.
The house is situated on a triangular lot bordered by two roads. This should not cause disturbance as the backyard and pool area are enclosed by a growing green privacy wall.
Since there are two houses on the property, if you book only one, please be aware that other guests may occupy the second house and share the pool area.
Power outages can occur in Nicaragua. The house is equipped with a gas-powered backup generator that automatically activates during outages, ensuring lights, fans, and appliances remain operational. However, air conditioning units are not powered by the generator. Power interruptions may also affect water pressure and hot water availability. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Pets are welcome with a $30 cleaning fee.
Beach towels are provided for use around the pool and at the beach. Towels are colorful; please verify you have the correct number upon arrival and take care not to lose them. Missing towels will incur a $25 replacement fee each.
