Thanx had a great stay in Cabo.

An exceptional apartment. The photos don't show the real quality and comfort it has. The location is spectacular, a few meters from Medanos Beach and within it, in the bay, where the sea becomes calm and is ideal for enjoying. Two major supermarkets are just a few meters away, and if you like to have fun, bars and restaurants are all just a few meters away. Our stay was amazing, great. They even let us leave later than the check-out time.

I really enjoyed the stay. The location was perfect, walking distance within about 2–3 blocks from Walmart, the marina on one side, and Medano Beach on the other side.

The host was great and even provided a cleaning in the middle of our stay, and they did a great job. Everyone was super friendly.

I didn’t get in the pool, but it was a good size and looked like a great place to hang out. They also had a nice cookout area that we didn’t use, but it looked perfect. We did use the jacuzzi every night, and that was awesome, especially when the nights were a little cold.

Overall, it was a good quiet space to be with family, nice and cozy. I would definitely rent again.

The most walkable location in Cabo. We literally only had to take a cab to and from the airport. Great amenities and excellent host. We will be back soon!

We're always looking for places that feel at home & not so cold like a hotel. Staying here helps us in so many ways. I would love to stay here again.

Karem & David's place was excellent! They're very responsive hosts, and the place was exactly as described. Having easy access to a pool and jacuzzi were highlights. The best thing about the apartment is the location - it's a block away from the beach and two blocks away from the marina. Lots of restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk, so never any need for a car, yet just removed enough to be quiet.

Staying here was the best part of our trip locked out on this place. I highly highly recommend it was wonderful. Clean close to everything great service 100% recommend.

We loved our stay. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to dinner every night, easy access to the beach, safe for solo walking, and far enough from the marina to avoid the chaos.

The beds were extremely comfortable, drinking water was provided, and having access to the pool was a big plus.

What we appreciated most was the flexibility around our flights. Being able to check in early and check out late made a huge difference. We would definitely recommend this location.

This place was better in person !!! Great location, we could walk everywhere in a matter of 2 mins. Walmart was a short distance, wonderful coffee shop with the best pastries just around the corner and of course the beach was 2 mins down the road. Marina took 5 mins to walk to. Literally perfecto! The condo was clean, beautiful inside and had very lovely neighbors. Management was helpful and kind. Seriously a great experience!

The condo is in an awesome location. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the mall. We very much enjoyed our stay. Our only issue was the lights - it is either all on or all off. I suggest lamps in the each room. Karem and David were very responsive and did their best to address the lighting. Beautiful, comfortable condo and the best location in Cabo!

The rental was safe and secure. The proximity to Medano beach was approx. 4 minute walk. Restaurants and the marina were all in walking distance with no uber needed, big plus for us. Overall, the rental was exactly what we expected and them some. Thank you for a perfect vacation Karem and David!!

We love this place a lot, the hosts are very responsive and friendly, below are detailed information we would like to list for future travelers who want to stay in this place

- 2-3 minutes walk to the Medano Beach, go thru Hungry Shark

-cross street you will see a parking structure, go underneath/thru then you will get into the local super market named Selecto, it’s much cheaper than Walmart, fresh vege, fruit and seafood.

-we tried a highly rated restaurant on the beach but it’s much Americanized Mexican food, we love Tacos Gardenias which is walking distance.

-bring your own laundry detergent since here are washer and drier in the apartment

Location is very convenient and central, we highly recommend this place. Definitely much better than staying in the nearby hotel(only you care about the ocean view hotel room)

Staying here was an absolute delight. The location is fantastic — close to marina, downtown and Medano Beach, yet tucked away so it felt peaceful. The listing was exactly as described.

The condo is spacious with plenty of room for us to spread out. The beds were comfortable, we had restful nights.

Most importantly, our host was friendly, responsive, and flexible. They answered all of our questions promptly, accommodated a last‑minute adjustment, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

In short: great stay, excellent value, and a host who truly cares. I’d happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a worry‑free getaway.

Very nice place ,,, this is our 2nd time we stayed in this lovely condo .. very responsive to everything… if I come to Cabo again I’ll stay here again

Lovely place. Great location, super close to the marina and the beach! Felt safe. David communicates and responds very quickly to an issues that come up. The only complaint is that the AC that supplies the living room and second bedroom kept malfunctioning but David was helpful and would get service providers to come take a look. Overall a great stay!

The place is in a fantastic location just a 5 minutes walk from Modeno beach. The provided everything you needed and the place wasn't too noisy like most places around cabo. the price was very good for the location and everything provided. It was easy to contact everyone and parking was included. overall great place to stay will stay here again when I come back!

The team was so amazing and helpful. And most importantly, nice. Just kind, sweet employees and were always helpful.

The property was in the best location in Cabo. The property had all the amenities and they even offered some beach gear which was a huge help to us.
