The Space
Casa Art Gecko is a spacious three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home featuring a large private pool nestled within a lush tropical garden. It is located just 250 meters from the beautiful Playa Potrero.
The home includes a generous living and dining area that opens onto a large covered patio overlooking the pool. Each bedroom is a roomy suite with a sizable en-suite bathroom. All rooms come equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Recently, new living room furniture has been added along with comfortable mattresses and high-quality bed linens for every bed. Guests also benefit from a special membership at the Costa Rica Sailing Center, providing access to the center and discounts on boat rentals and other amenities.

Beautiful house and large private backyard space with a big pool! There are cute little geckos that climb outside at night and one that lives inside the house which we could hear at times but never saw. Fabian is really cool and checked us in and out in person. There was a sewage issue where one room must have had a leak under the house. I am sure they are getting it looked at and won't be an issue for future guests. My son slept on the couch one night because of the smell. Good communication and nice location with a walkable local soda at the end of the street!

Fabian met us when we arrived, was very friendly and welcoming and provided good instructions for everything in the house. The house is great with a beautiful yard, great outdoor space and pool. Fabian responded quickly to any questions we had, either through text or in person. Both Fabian and Tim were wonderful hosts and so helpful all along. Potrero is a cute town with the beach and walkable from the house. Thanks Fabian and Tim, for a lovely vacation!

Excellent stay! Lots of space! Hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. Abundance of options to eat. We rented a golf cart and it took us everywhere we wanted to go. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to go back!

Tim and Fabian were great hosts and the home was perfect for our family of 6. The pool was great for the kids and the kitchen had everything. Location was very good and all the restaurants were top notch.

This home is large, beautiful, well-managed and clean and provides all the amenities one could wish for. The grounds and outdoor areas, including the large pool, slide, hammocks and grill area offer unlimited comforts and spaciousness for both adults and children. Communication with the host was exceptionally straight-forward, friendly, immediate and always helpful. Tim is the best of hosts. Stay here if you're in Potrero.
