The Space
Slow down and unwind at Casa Coastin’, a Costa Rican villa offering a peaceful retreat. This vacation home features four bedrooms with a total of seven beds and is situated in the K-Section of Playa Guiones. The modern-style residence is surrounded by tropical jungle, including banana and coconut trees. You can observe local wildlife such as magpies, hummingbirds, and howler monkeys right outside your window.
Whether you enjoy surfing, sunbathing, or practicing sun salutations, there are plenty of activities within walking distance. Although the villa is tucked away on a quiet street, it is just a 10-minute walk from both the beach and the Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort.
The house is also a 15-minute walk or a 2-minute drive to the main road, where you’ll find boutique shops, a variety of restaurants, juice bars, smoothie shops, and surf rental stores.
After a day filled with adventure or relaxation, rest comfortably in one of the following beds:
- One king bed
- Two queen beds
- Two sets of bunk beds
Refresh yourself in the outdoor shower or one of the two full bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own Costa Rican dishes, or you can arrange for a personal chef to cater your meals.
Enjoy dining at the indoor/outdoor patio table. Start your mornings with coffee on the patio’s rocking chair while taking in views of the surrounding nature. At night, you can cool off with a swim in the pool. Casa Coastin’ offers a serene environment perfect for nurturing your inner yogi, surfer, adventurer, or simply relaxing in nature.

exactly as shown in the listing. hosts were very responsive and proactive as a storm came through and took power out from the whole town. the location was perfect for our needs and walkable to the beach. we really appreciated the weekly clean as part of a longer stay.

Spacious house 12 minute walk to the beach and NoSara. Very clean. Lovely pool. We were a group of 6 and had lots of room. Best to rent a golf cart for your visit to make getting around easier. Host was responsive and helpful . Loved visiting NoSara.

Casa Costin was a great place for our group of 4 adults and 4 young teenagers. The location is great - quiet and not too far from the beach. The home was clean and spacious for us all. The pool was loved by the kids, and the outdoor porch for lounging was enjoyed by all. The large dining table was perfect to hold us all for meals and card games. There is lots of room for parking. Alba responded super quick when we had small issues, and they were resolved in lightning speed. The 2nd main floor has the master and bunk bedroom that share a small bathroom between them. The ground floor has 2 queen bedrooms that share a small bathroom between them. 4 star rating: Terribly uncomfortable master king bed, sinking on both sides, with a large hump in the middle.

The stay was nice. The pool was cool and great to jump in at the end of a hot walk. The covered porch was lovely to gather with friends in the evenings. Although the nearby construction did drown out the noises of local animals, on the weekend or in the early morning you could hear birds, and 2 troops of howler monkeys came by. It wasn’t as clean as I expected and I have provided some feedback to the owner regarding that, so hopefully it will be improved for future guests.

host was very helpful and proactive, they helped a lot getting around and booking activities. they have developed an app where you can find all restaurants activities groceries, and else and was very helpful. casa Coastin was at an amazing location, felt in the jungle but very close to everything and beach.

Beautiful and well appointed home. It felt secluded yet within an easy walk or drive to everything, including the beach. Loved the pool and outdoor area. The folks at Alba were easy to reach and very communicative leading up and during our stay.
