Great stay for two families with four toddlers. Pool was awesome and we could walk to the beach and nearby restaurants

Amazing- prettier than the pictures. Living room and dining room large and spacious- we had two adult couples and a child and had more than enough space. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment including very nice pots and pans. Pool was perfect temp for us (stayed end of June) and has a nice shallow area for the kid to splash. Lots of towels. Outdoor shower too! It’s close to the beach and lots of great restaurants. Technically potentially walkable but there are not sidewalks and only a dirt path- recommend a car. If coming from Liberia airport to Potrero there’s a short spot where you’d have to cross water if the rainy season. If you’re not in an suv take the longer way around (adds 40 mins but no water crossing).

The Airbnb was beautiful inside once we found it and got inside. The Google Maps that was sent to us listed the place next door which had a Krain property display out front. The listing did not have a picture of the street view so we assumed it was the place that the provided goggle maps took us. We couldn’t open the lock box. Took a call to Airbnb to get in contact with hosts as they did not respond timely enough and we were just waiting. We even tried to call the provided number with no answer. Communication was not great. The place however was beautiful and spacious. The WiFi only works in the great room and they would likely benefit from placing a mesh network in the house. Be prepared for lots of giant ants inside the house. It is the tropics so expect bugs everywhere. So don’t leave any food or crumbs out at any time. Place had great places to eat for lunch and breakfast just across the street. Beach is a quick walk and not crowded. Overall the place was great.

Beautiful home. From the time we got there music was playing. We had a problem with refrigerator and ants, but Maintenance fixed following day The pool was great to relax in when out in the hot sun all day. We had one rain day and felt like we were right at home. Floor plan was set up for all to have privacy. Shampoo and conditioner was a nice touch in showers. I didn’t know and packed some just in case. Kitchen had everything needed. Someone left Laundry detergent and that was nice to have already in house. The house had everything needed. Very comfortable and beautiful home. If visiting same area would definitely rent again.

Fantastic house for a group of friends or a family. Great location and an easy stroll to the beach, bodega, or restaurants. We enjoyed going to Puro Coffee (right across the street) every morning for their amazing breakfast menu, lounging by the pool watching/listening to the wildlife, or strolling down the beach. Our entire group loved the house and would 100% rent it again!

Great spot, the property manager was great and really helpful and responsive. House was great, very clean, modern, and comfortable. Pool was great for our kids. We had fun renting a golf cart with the kids here, was nice to take to the store, and beach / restaurants. Would highly recommend it.

The Airbnb was a beautiful oasis. Potrero is a small town with a lot of local feel. The street is a dirt road but don’t let that stop you. Behind the gated yard is a beautiful home that is well equipped. We did have a difficult time getting in to the metal door to the property. It took some time to get someone out to open it. Management was responsive and assisted. The same issue happened a few days later (the lock is not the best). Also had issues twice with the master shower head leaking and spraying all over. First time maintenance came quickly to fix it (and the key pad to the font door that was out of batteries) and replaced the head, only to have it happen on the last day again. Again, management was attentive and quick to act. Just a couple quirky things to make note of. Over all, wonderful stay.

The house is beautiful. The pool is small, more of a plunge pool but still very refreshing and nice to have. The only suggestions I have are to put a name out front so you can recognize the house when you pull in for the first time. We had a little trouble figuring out which house it was. It would also be helpful to have a pool surface cleaning tool as a lot of debris falls into the pool every day. The basket was available but the long handle was not and it would have been useful. We really enjoyed our stay though.
