The entire loft is rented exclusively, ensuring privacy. The host’s family homes and architectural office are situated approximately 75 meters (800 feet) away.

The property is part of a gated community covering 15,000 square meters. It features:

Events and Noise Policy
Events are permitted with prior approval. However, there are some important guidelines:
- Weddings take place on the green areas about 75 meters (300 feet) away on weekends, lasting around five hours per day and occasionally including fireworks at night.
- An event room is located approximately 70 meters from the loft.
- Music and group activities must conclude by 9:00 p.m. due to a local event permit.
- No unauthorized gatherings exceeding four people or additional events are allowed.
- Loud noise is prohibited after 9:00 p.m.
Access and Arrival
Guests enter via a keypad, allowing flexible arrival times without concern.

bucket list air bnb!! i recommend a 2 day stay because you’re just going to keep discovering cool things about the place. ONLY air bnb i’ve ever been to where 24 hour music is allowed!

Una casa con una arquitectura súper moderna bien decorada. Con espacios súper amplios dentro de la misma casa aparte que tiene de todo tipo de cosas parlantes juegos etc.. El jardin excelente con la fogata, bbq, jacuzzi. La pasamos genial

The Alianz loft is beautiful and the attention to detail was incredible. Staying here is more than worth it especially if you’re someone that appreciates art and architecture. The host Eric was kind and very helpful during our stay. I will definitely be returning to more of his stays.

AWESOME AIRBNB EXPERIENCE! This glass house was everything!! 🙌🏽 The listing and pictures does no justice!! You just have to BOOK… like yesterday! I cant even begin to describe Eric’s home, the grounds and the hospitality are all FIVE stars. My husband and I only stayed here for one night, but we’ll definitely be back to enjoy more days. The area was perfect. Not too far from SJO and other places in San Jose/San Pedro. The hosts were awesome! Very responsive and went above and beyond when I asked for an unusual request (Thanks again Fernanda! 💚😊). Instructions (check in/out) were clear and simple. I love an airbnb where you can just enjoy the house/vacation and not have to worry about doing half of the cleaning and this was one!! While we were only there for one day, we did get a chance to enjoy the hot tub, the bunnies, and the loft itself with ALL the many cool, sexy and futuristic amenities. Stop reading these reviews and just book the damn place already. Thank me now & later! 😉

We needed a last minute place to stay in San Jose due to flight delays but this place was really cool, wish we could’ve stayed another night but if I get the chance to do it again I would ! It’s like a spaceship

El Airbnb tiene un diseño moderno increíble ! Una gran experiencia por si solo, muy cómodo súper equipado con internet, televisores, equipos de sonido, el área de jardín está increíble. El mejor Airbnb de San Jose y a solo 15 minutos del aeropuerto

Una experiencia fantástica. El loft sorprende por su ingeniería de vanguardia y su ambiente cálido, con techos altos, acabados de calidad y mucha luz natural. El entorno es hermoso y muy tranquilo, ideal para desconectar. la cama grande, la zona de estar confortable, la cocina bien equipada y un baño con ducha tipo spa. La terraza privada ofrece vistas y momentos de relax al aire libre Volvería de nuevo sin dudarlo .
