The Space
This upscale oceanfront condo offers resort-style living in a walkable beach town. Featuring three spacious bedrooms, four balconies, two and a half bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, it provides all the comforts of home alongside stunning views of Costa Rica.
Each bedroom is air-conditioned and includes shelved closets for unpacking and settling in. All bedrooms have direct access to their own balconies. The round dining table seats six, making it ideal for meals or card games.
The living room and each bedroom are equipped with 42-inch TVs featuring Roku. Guests can log into their personal streaming accounts such as Netflix, Prime Video, and Apple TV (note that available selections may vary by country).
Location
Step outside to enjoy sparkling, cascading pools or walk directly onto the beach to surf or swim in the Pacific Ocean. The condo guide provides recommendations for the best local spots to eat, drink, and experience authentic pura vida adventures.
Restaurants are within a short walking distance from the property.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire condo, including access to the pool area and the beach.
Amenities
- Free parking for one car inside the gated property
- 24-hour security at both the roadside and oceanside entrances to ensure a safe, family-friendly environment
- Pool towels provided (one per guest), in addition to bath towels
- Secure door lock code changed for each guest to maintain privacy
- All four TVs operate on guest mode Roku, allowing secure login to personal streaming accounts with automatic sign-out upon check-out

It was a great place to stay for a family vacation! Pool quiet hours 10-8, but because it was mountain time zone we were up extra early. No worries, just played at the beach beforehand! Wonderful (although expensive) restaurant right next door. Close drive to everything!

We had an amazing stay at this beachside property! The location was perfect, the place was just steps from the ocean and the room was spotless, well equipped, and thoughtfully set up to make our stay comfortable and easy. When we arrived, we had a small issue with the AC. Juli told us someone would come within an hour, but to our surprise, help arrived in just 5 minutes and the issue was completely resolved in about 20. Truly impressive service! We also accidentally left something behind after checking out, and Juli was incredibly helpful and responsive in getting it back to us. Her communication was proactive and kind throughout our stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well managed beach getaway.

We had a great trip in Costa Rica, it certainly helps that the condo was in a great location. Super close to the beach and a great walk to restaurants on the strip. Also felt really safe in the gated complex. Would stay here again when we return to Costa Rica!

This place was perfect for a beach vacation! The space was more than enough for our family of 5 and the location was so convenient! We had the pool in the condominium unit to ourselves most of the time and all the staff are so friendly!
