This villa is designed to create an ideal vacation atmosphere. It celebrates life with a blend of tropical ambiance and upscale comfort, supported by exceptional services including a personal concierge, an on-site housekeeper, and the option of a private chef.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests within 3,500 square feet of living space. It features three master bedroom suites, with the third bedroom located on the ground floor. There are three living rooms, an expansive pool, and both indoor and outdoor gourmet kitchens. Guests can enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean and the Cabo Blanco nature reserve, along with many thoughtful details throughout the property.
Guests will need a vehicle to get around, preferably a four-wheel drive (4x4).
Guest Access
Guests have full access to all the house facilities. Laundry services are handled exclusively by the cleaning staff.

The house is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The pool was perfectly refreshing, and monkeys come almost right up to the terrace—an incredible experience. The kitchen is basic but fully equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. One important downside: the hot water did not function due to a major leak. We had to message each time to temporarily turn it on, which should not happen at this level of accommodation. Housekeeping was excellent—daily cleaning, fresh towels, and even laundry service once. The location is great, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Santa Teresa is still relatively unspoiled and truly beautiful. Access requires a buggy or quad due to the steep hill, but Judit arranged everything perfectly—from rentals to unforgettable experiences like horseback riding, Turtle Island, and bioluminescent swimming. A fantastic stay overall, with one key issue to address.

Beautiful home in the hills of Santa Teresa. Judit was extremely responsive and helped in booking ATVs, massages, surf, boat, and car services. Daily cleaning service was a great addition to the amenities. Highly recommend!

En rustikk bohemsk villa på toppen av åsen. Fantastisk utsikt over sjøen og stranden. Fine soverom. Eneste som er kjedelig er at soverommet i underetasjen har ingen knagger å henge opp klær. Alt stod ellers til forventingene. Villaen viser litt tegn til aldring og godt bruk. Bare litt vedlikehold så er alt topp. Veldig bra daglig rengjøring.

This Airbnb is absolutely stunning! It met our expectations plus more. The layout, with 3 King ensuite masters were perfect and very comfy beds as well. The pool, deck with hammocks and the infinity pool were hard to leave. The view is SPECTACULAR-We found ourselves not wanting to go explore because our place was so amazing and even my teenagers wanted to just hang and enjoy this beautiful space. There were also monkeys and parrots right off the deck a few times! Such a great spot.

This is a beautiful home with a lovely pool and a beautiful view. We are a family five we were very comfortable there plenty of room to hang out and lounge or gather around the outdoor table for a lovely meal
