Guest Access and Restrictions

Guests have full access to the house and pool, except for one bedroom and several locked closets inside the home.

Entertainment and Connectivity

• Living room features a large LG 4K TV with essential streaming apps pre-installed. Guests must log into their own accounts; cable TV is not provided.
• Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
• Alexa assistant is provided for music, podcasts, news, and more.

Laundry Services (Extra Cost)

Laundry use is limited and available at an additional charge of $25 per wash and dry cycle. Please notify us if you would like to arrange laundry service with the cleaning staff.

For longer stays, complimentary cleaning service can be arranged.

Rules

This is a quiet neighborhood with full-time residents. Please respect neighbors and observe quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. Security will be contacted if noise complaints or other issues arise.

Parking is not allowed in front of other houses. Please park in the driveway in front of or to the left side of the house.

Drive slowly within the neighborhood.

Pets are welcome with prior notice and an additional fee of $10 per pet per night (maximum 2 pets).

The Wi-Fi network and password are located on the refrigerator door.

Please log out of all streaming accounts on the TV before departure.

If you plan to use the gas grill, it is provided for your convenience.

Additional guests beyond the 7-person capacity are allowed at $15 per person per night, up to 3 extra guests. Extra guests will sleep on the living room sofa.

Disclaimers

1. Water or power outages may occur due to local infrastructure issues such as construction, maintenance, or weather conditions. These interruptions are beyond our control. We will keep you informed if such events happen during your stay.

2. Insects may enter if doors or windows are left open. Please keep them closed to avoid bugs inside. We are not responsible for issues arising from ignoring this advice.

3. During the rainy season, occasional water leaks or humidity may appear on walls or ceilings. Please inform us if this occurs so we can address it when weather permits. This will not be grounds for reimbursement, as the property is provided in good condition.

Upon check-in, you will be asked to sign an agreement confirming the property’s condition, number of guests, and understanding of house rules. This helps ensure a smooth stay and clear communication.

Additional Information

• Pets are allowed with a $10 per pet per night fee; maximum of 2 pets.
• Extra guests cost $15 each per night, payable in cash upon arrival; maximum 3 additional guests.
• No extra bedding or towels are provided for additional guests; they may use the sofa or bring an inflatable bed.
• Security cameras are installed outside and around the pool for safety and monitoring guest and pet counts. Please do not adjust or move cameras; doing so may result in eviction.
• Daytime construction noise may be present nearby.
• Roads within the neighborhood are unpaved; an SUV or 4x4 vehicle is recommended during the rainy season.
• Please keep music volume low, especially at night, to respect neighbors.
• Speed limits must be observed due to families and children in the area.
• Violations of these rules or neighbor complaints may result in being asked to leave the property.
