Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum! Wir waren dort für 4 Nächte mit der ganzen Familie und haben es geliebt. Das Haus ist liebevoll und stylisch eingerichtet, der wunderschöne Strand ist 2 Minuten erreichbar und auch Restaurants hat ein unmittelbarer Nähe.

This place is awesome, great location and the house worked great for our two families. Fernando was there at check-in and check-out and make sure we had everything we needed during our stay which was amazing. Would highly recommend!

Steps (like 50) from a beautiful quiet beach.... snorkeling with fish and rays right in front of the beach.... Gentle waves for the kids to play in... Two awesome restaurants within 1 -2 min walk... Fresh coconut water... Pina coladas... pool... and the kindest hosts in the world just a stone's throw away. This holiday was everything you get from a chill and secluded beach holiday with waaay to many luxuries to be real. It's like going back in time to remote beach backpacking 25 years ago but with a few added personal luxuries (pool, AC, fire pit, volleyball court...) I was hesitant to even write a review because we want to keep this magical place a little secret for as long as possible!!! Thank you for everything Pedro and Sylvia. We will always treasure our family holiday at your place in Punta Uva 😊 Most Sincerely, Mike, Gem, Freya, Amelie and Grace ❤️

Cette maison est un bonheur et Pedro et Sylvie, hyper disponibles en un clin d'oeil, des hôtes charmants et discrets! Tout est parfait, de l'intérieur comme de l'extérieur, y compris la piscine et, à quelques mètres, la plage est incroyable, peut-être la plus belle des nombreuses que nous ayons visitées au Costa Rica et ailleurs! Nombreuses activités, nombreux restaurants à proximités, bref, un vrai bonheur. Nous y retournerons un jour, c'est sûr!!

We have been renting Airbnbs 4-5 times of year for the past decade all over the place…in cities, mountains, beaches, and small towns located on many different areas. It is with the most genuine sincerity that we report this one is the BEST we have ever rented!! At the onset, Punta Uva itself is a true gem. It was even more beautiful and magical than we had imagined! The house itself is stunning. It looks exactly like the photos - beautiful, open, airy, spacious, unique and so very calm and peaceful. Finally, Sylvia and Pedro couldn’t be friendlier or more accommodating! They greeted us when we arrived, gave us so many great tips and ideas for things to do, and made us feel right at home! Don’t second guess yourself. Book this rental now!! You will not regret it 💙💙🫶🫶🫶🫶

Fantastic house right across a small road from the best beach. Great recommendations to local places. Loved just walking down the beach to ceviche ! And thank you for doing all our washing🙏 definitely recommend for relaxing luxury

What a beautiful space and wonderful hosts! They met us to show us around, including monkeys in the trees behind the house and a sloth on a tree. The space was absolutely beautiful and right across a small dirt road from a gorgeous beach. We had a fabulous time! The hosts even helped us troubleshoot when our van pick-up failed to arrive. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a beautiful house on the ocean with sloths nearby, this is it! Our family just stayed at Sylvie & Pedro's house on the ocean, and it was like a dream. Super clean, plenty of room for our family, and walkable to the ocean as well as great restaurants. The house is as promised!

We had a great time, the house is in such a great location, close to literally everything and the beach right in front of the house in our opinion after visiting other beaches was the best beach of all. Pedro & Sylvie's are amazing hosts, very responsive and proactive. We use the cooker they recommended and that was a great highlight in our trip, not having to worry about breakfast and cleaning after. The house is as pictured, all bedrooms have ac and the common areas even though they don't have ac we never felt like we needed it because the air circulates amazingly, a few of the nights we even sleep without ac and with the door open and we could hear the ocean (great natural white noise).
