This unit could use a deep cleaning and paint. The furniture was broken down and needed replaced. The bed is comfortable, the towels are nice. The view and resort are amazing.

I travel to Belize three or four times a year and I usually stay in this complex, so I’ve been in plenty of different units. This one was great. The pool and Oceanside setup are perfect, and I loved being able to work and relax in the Palapa. The whole place is very family friendly, which makes the stay even better. The property management team is always quick to respond and easy to reach whenever we needed assistance. We stayed for 21 days and had a lovely time. I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone looking to book.

nice affordable beachfront property, a 5 minute golf cart ride out of town, well kept condo and common area worth pool and deck chairs. Had a couple minor issues with A/C and a repair man who accidentally turned off all the power, the management company was easily reached and quickly responded to resolve the issues. We would recommend this property and would choose it again for our next visit

Vacasa is a management company rather than an individual host, so the personal touch/flexibility is missing, as compared to an individual host; they are rigid to their process/policies and will refer you to the policies/procedures rather than being ready help find solutions. Responses were quick, but generic in nature, possibly AI generated. Vacasa did nothing wrong, it is just a different, businesslike approach, compared to all other AirBnB properties we have stayed in. Couple of appliances did not work, AC struggled a bit and was much less efficient compared to the AC in other places we stayed in Belize, door lock was erratic. However, overall we had a very good time and we certainly did enjoy our stay here - the location is well out of San Pedro but that is what is advertised and is what we wanted - our stay was certainly very pleasant, and quiet and peaceful compared to in town, plus it's right on the ocean, with wonderful sunrise views!

We loved this place! It was quiet and secluded, but still close enough to get to everything you wanted to do. We could not get over all of the extra amenities. It felt like a resort all to ourselves.

Place was in great Location but need golf cart definitely the pool and grounds where clean except the steps going up to third floor Bed was comfortable only air in the bedroom and need a hair dryer and kitchen had everything you need Thank god I brought my co detector because there's wasn't working and one other thing was that no one greeted me so I wouldn't of known who to tell but overall the place is great perfect for only two! I ll definitely use the place again

This rental has a beautiful view of the ocean and the kitchen is impeccably stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need. With a large living room as well. The outdoor space provided a nice and peaceful surrounding. With the hosts being very communicate and helpful with all my questions. Highly recommend!
