Better than in the pictures, and Luis the house keeper was very helpful and even offered to clean our clothes. 10/10

The house was beautiful, lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. Samuel was very responsive, welcoming and a great host. Don Luis was on sight helping out with anything we needed and was a great help. Couldn’t recommend this property enough. Super value if you have a big group.

Was an amazing stay. The house is bigger and better than the pictures portray, just very hot in the living areas because of the open concept. Don Luis is the man and helped us with anything we needed. Definitely recommend

From the time of booking through check out the day was a completely enjoyable experience. For the location and proximity to beach and SJDS center-it can’t be beat. There was a ton of space for our combined families to get together and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. Samuel and the caretaker, Don Luis were very attentive and we still felt we had privacy. It is clear that Samuel Wil takes reviews seriously and is always open to hearing feedback regarding the stay so he can improve the experience for others. The place has original charm and architecture, and is not an supermodern space for those who really need those specifics, but it was perfectly described and a wonderful space very clean with great facilities of water, bathrooms, air-conditioning, etc. It had everything we needed to prepare meals and stay comfortably. Thank you to Samuel and Don Luis for the wonderful stay. We’re very pleased with the experience.

we have just completed our week stay at Samuel's house and we cannot praise it enough. first it's a masterpiece in its unique design, the colours and levels, so awesome and alluring. the location is exceptional! you can walk everywhere, the beach is 2 minute walk, restaurants 3-5 minute walk.

Don Luis is so great. he was right there for our check in, had great recommendations, promptly sorted electricity during an unexpected outage, and helped us to arrange our transportation back Managua - an exceptionally comfortable transportation, and at a very fair price.

we hope to be able to return to San Juan Del Sur, and would definitely stay here again! thank you Samuel and Don Luis, we wish you all the very best, and continue this wonderful hosting!

Great place to stay. You are in town so there’s lots of noise from motorcycles, but overall nothing that made me want to leave. The entire place was great and fit exactly what we needed for this trip. The pool was awesome along with the outdoor seating area in the shade. Nicaragua is very hot so shade is important! We loved this beach cabin and would stay here again!!

Everything was great, and the gentleman who welcomed us was very attentive. It's a very nice place, and even though it's in the city, it's secluded.

We had a great time at Casa 72. It's a real architectural gem, tastefully decorated, where the living is good. The sea view and the proximity to the beach are a plus. Don Luis was very welcoming and available. A big thank you to him.

We felt right at home. Everything is close to the beach, restaurants and seasonal snacks.

One of the most fun and unique places in SJDS perfectly located right in the middle of town while still feeling a bit removed. Beautiful views and Don Luis was a very helpful and kind house manager. Awesome stay - highly recommend.

The place was great, I did not like the fact it had electricity usage posted in several locations and I was used to

Charged if I used more electricity based on the consumption host decided and I would be charged extra for it.

I had total of 9 guest, I was honestly worried about hidden cost. However, in December I didn’t cross their threshold or what my daily usage was… it was truly an odd request.

Overall the house keeper was extremely responsive and took care of any needs we may have. We mainly needed them for clean towels almost everyday and they took care of our need.

Casa 72 was a great place to stay - on the edge of town and very private. Luis was a great house manager and was very responsive and friendly. House is open so expected a few bugs - geckos. Bedrooms are closed (with keys if needed) and have air-conditioning. Large parking area - very secure. Pool was wonderful - all of us absolutely loved it. Had 5 adults and 4 kids - we all fit!

Simply perfect

The place was nice and clean, larger than I imagined, and close to good restaurants, stores, and the beach. We stayed with a group of nine people. Don Luis and his family are very friendly and respectful. They helped us run some errands, and every time we asked them for something, they were very cooperative and friendly. I highly recommend it. I can't wait to go back.

Wonderful for groups or large families!

Luis, the contact person on site, is a great, courteous person. Always accessible and as is customary in Nicaragua for large houses, in the adjoining apartment.

Great location, unique house with fully equipped kitchen, pool, many seating and lounge opportunities, many beds in air-conditioned rooms.

Enjoyed the stay. The pool is bigger in person than in the pictures. Don Luis was great. The kitchen and barbecue are very convenient.

City and beach 3 min walk away which is a luxury

Great place, walking distance to restaurants and downtown SJD. Very private and secured backyard. House is unique and very comfortable for a group. Lots of stairs but it’s part of the uniqueness of the build. Did not cook during the stay but kitchen is well stocked and very comfortable. Many areas to relax, hammocks, couches and on different levels.
