Perched to offer breathtaking mountain sunrises and spectacular ocean sunsets, this property includes an infinity pool and a rooftop sky-deck with panoramic 360-degree views. Whether you desire adventurous outdoor activities or peaceful moments of reflection, Villa Elegante provides a unique experience just minutes from Dominical.

The Space

The villa showcases thoughtful architecture and design, combining functionality with elegant touches. The open-concept main area boasts soaring ceilings, striking floating staircases, and expansive windows with sliding glass doors, ensuring maximum views from every angle.

The fully equipped designer kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable stay. For added convenience, a private chef is available, along with professional in-villa massage services for ultimate relaxation.

Each of the four air-conditioned bedrooms offers stunning ocean views, private balconies, and ensuite bathrooms. Every room is uniquely styled, inspired by global travels:

• Pura Elegante Suite
  King bed, work desk, private balcony with a birdcage cocoon chair, ensuite bathroom featuring a shower and a modern soaking tub with ocean views, plus an outdoor ocean-view double shower.

• The Bunkee
  Four double bunk beds inspired by Cape Town, South Africa. Each bunk includes individual lighting, charging stations, and storage underneath. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a smart TV, and a lounge area. Outside, there is a relaxing hanging swing. A Pack and Play crib is available upon request.

• La Valise Suite
  Inspired by a boutique hotel in Mexico City, this room features a king bed that extends onto the balcony. Enjoy morning coffee while watching birds and waves or admire starry skies at night. It includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a work desk.

• Creativity Suite
  Designed to inspire creativity, this room features artwork influenced by European street artists like Banksy and Mr. Brainwash. It includes a king bed, an art desk with supplies, an ensuite shower, and two balconies perfect for relaxing or sketching.

Rooftop Skydeck

The secret rooftop skydeck spans 450 square feet and is partially covered. It includes a hanging daybed and offers unobstructed 360-degree views of the ocean and jungle mountains. This space is ideal for meditation, yoga, or surfing retreats, with 10 yoga mats available in the villa. At sunset and night, patio lights create a warm atmosphere for entertaining family or guests.

Situated within the exclusive Paradise Breezes community, Villa Elegante is just minutes from the lively town of Dominical. The property offers stunning jungle and ocean views from every room and is privately gated for security.

• 2 minutes to supermarket, gas station, and nearest beach
• 4 minutes to Dominical’s restaurants, bars, spas, surfing spots, high-end groceries, and Friday farmer’s market
• Under 20 minutes to Uvita, featuring clinics, banks, and large shops
• 25 to 30 minutes to Quepos, home to a hospital, domestic airport, and Manuel Antonio National Park

Guests can fly into San Jose International Airport and either take a scenic three-hour drive or a short flight to Quepos, where a driver can be arranged.
