It's perfect for honeymooners or families with up to two kids, as well as small groups of friends. The kitchenette has everything you'll need to eat at home if you wish. The bungalow has a comfy queen bed, air conditioning throughout, a daybed that fits two people in the living space and comfy queen bed in the guest bedroom. The bathroom has a huge glassed-in shower with a big window to the gardens, where monkeys pass regularly. Just outside your door is a cool swimming pool and wooden deck for relaxing, as well as plenty of hammocks. Casa Tranquila was designed with sustainability in mind. The property takes advantage of sea breezes for passive cooling, minimizing the need for A/C. The graywater from your bungalow feeds into the trees and other plants that surround the property instead of washing into the ocean. ($20USD) Other things to note The property of Casa Tranquila was designed to protect the habitat of the howler monkeys that travel through the area. The monkeys can often be seen eating the flowers and papayas on the property, and sometimes you'll hear them walking across your roof! The property has 3 bungalows: the oceanview bungalow by the pool, your 2-bedroom bungalow and the owner/architect's house. All are separated by old-growth trees and lots of colorful vegetation to make you feel like you are living in an almost untouched slice of Tamarindo.

The bathroom includes a large glass-enclosed shower with a generous window overlooking the gardens, where howler monkeys frequently pass by.

Just outside your door, you’ll find a refreshing swimming pool and a wooden deck perfect for relaxation, along with multiple hammocks.

Casa Tranquila was thoughtfully designed with sustainability in mind. The property utilizes natural sea breezes for passive cooling, reducing reliance on air conditioning. Additionally, graywater from the bungalow nourishes the surrounding trees and plants instead of draining into the ocean.
