The Space
Located in Santa Teresa, this villa is less than a five-minute drive from the main road. It features three bedrooms with spectacular ocean views. The open floor plan on the main level creates a spacious and airy environment. This entire floor includes the kitchen, dining area, pool table, and seating, all opening onto a balcony that overlooks the ocean and an infinity pool. When the sliding doors are fully opened, the main floor seamlessly extends onto the balcony.
Downstairs are three master bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private balconies.

The infinity pool provides breathtaking views of the ocean. You can cool off in the pool, relax on the deck, and enjoy panoramic sights of both the ocean and the town. The balcony offers a refreshing breeze and an outdoor tropical atmosphere when the sliding doors are open. Each master bedroom also opens onto an ocean-view gallery.
Main Floor
Enter Casa Magnifique on the main floor, where a fully equipped kitchen with an island awaits. This kitchen is ideal for preparing meals at any time of day and includes high-end appliances such as a coffee maker, microwave, stove, and oven. The kitchen island comfortably seats six, while the dining table on the patio accommodates eight guests.
The spacious living area is perfect for relaxing and socializing. A premium pool table is available for friendly games.
Three Master Suites
Casa Magnifique offers three master suites, each with a private bathroom. Two of the rooms can accommodate an additional mattress upon request. Every bedroom opens onto a balcony with views of the ocean and town.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa. Parking is available on the property.
Additional Information
- Smoking is allowed only on the terrace and other outdoor areas; it is prohibited inside the house.
- An extra cleaning fee of $150 per stay applies for guests with pets, regardless of the reservation length.
- Dogs are not permitted on beds, sofas, or any furniture.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness both indoors and outdoors, including promptly disposing of pet waste.
- Dogs must not be left unattended in the villa and should not cause excessive noise or disturbances.

Overall, we had a great stay at Casa Magnifique. The view is incredible and we enjoyed many gorgeous sunsets from the deck. The interior is spacious, beautifully decorated and the kids loved the pool table. The villa is very close to town and walkable to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach (5-10 mins). It is located up a steep hill so walking back up took a couple minutes longer. If you are looking for peaceful and private, this is not the place, as there are houses all around you and almost constant noise from the town below. This didn’t bother us too much as we liked the convenience of being close to town and the views made up for it. We loved having daily housekeeping, but it should be noted in the listing that the housekeeper resides onsite and enters the house through a lower entrance near the bedrooms. Also, there was construction directly below the house that regularly started before 7am, obviously out of the owners control but would have been nice to know when booking.

First I want to praise the concierge Catu. Having her was amazing ! she made the check in process a breeze. She gave us great recommendations and was always responsive for whatever we needed ! That was a really nice touch with this Airbnb! the house is beautiful and the views are epic. I loved the expansive deck and outside seating areas and the sliding doors that opened fully to join the inside and outside space. We watched stunning sunsets over the ocean every night . My son loves to play pool, so having the pool table gave us somting to do in the evenings and the hang out space was large and comfortable. The bedrooms downstairs were spacious and the view from the bed was unbelievable. It would have been nice to have some hanging space and hangers for clothes. The location was close to town, not walkable as there is a pretty big hill leading to the house. it wasn't in the jungle, or private, and could be loud in afternoon/evenings. overall great experience ♥️

I honestly don’t think you can find an Airbnb that is as beautiful, clean, and well equipped for three couples! Everything exceeded expectations, the location could not be better and the concierge was so responsive and resourceful.

one of my favorite stays in Santa Teresa, absolutely loved the view. Perfect lay out to host guests and enjoy the spectacular views and easy access to the city. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Magnifique! The house was spotless, and both the concierge Catalina and the cleaning crew were incredibly helpful, friendly, and detail-oriented. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The home itself is beautiful, with a fantastic view — we were lucky enough to catch stunning sunsets each evening. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable getaway!
