Guests have full access to the entire home except for the utility closet and private storage areas.

Additional Information

• The fourth bedroom and bathroom are located in a separate quarters with an exterior entrance.
• Villa Vista Real, built in 2005, can comfortably accommodate large groups of up to 20 guests.
• Due to the local climate—humidity, sun, and salty air—ongoing maintenance is necessary. Our team, led by Danny, is available to promptly resolve any issues during your stay.
• Groceries, drinking water, and other beverages are not provided. Please arrange deliveries through Paloma before arrival or take a short two-minute taxi ride to nearby stores for supplies.
• This property is connected to Airbnb via API software and requires a security deposit of $1,500 USD, fully refundable, or a non-refundable $59 fee outside of the Airbnb platform. This will be noted at checkout just below your total.
