Located directly across from the entrance to the famous Los Sueños Resort & Marina, the location is unbeatable. Downtown Jaco Beach is just a 10-minute taxi or shuttle ride away.

The Space

Rancho de Sueños offers 20 elegantly decorated bedrooms, each equipped with:

• Comfortable beds

• Small programmable safe box

The rental includes daily chef service for breakfast and dinner:

• Breakfast service lasts 2 consecutive hours per day
• Dinner service lasts 3 consecutive hours per day
• On check-in day, one dinner service is provided
• On check-out day, one breakfast service is included
• Shopping and chef services are provided, but food and grocery costs are not included
• Gratuity for the chef is not included

Booking Options and Rates

The base nightly rate on Airbnb is for renting all 20 bedrooms, accommodating up to 26 guests if singles or up to 40 guests for couples and families.

13-Bedroom Option

You may rent only 13 bedrooms at a reduced rate if your group consists of 13 or fewer singles, or up to 26 people if couples or families. The remaining 7 bedrooms will be locked and not rented to other parties, ensuring exclusive use of the property.

• Green season (May 1 – December 16): $2,300 per night
• High season (January 6 – April 30): $2,900 per night

Note: Rates do not include Airbnb booking fees, cleaning fees, or management fees.

Additional Pricing Details

• For groups exceeding 26 guests, an extra $25 per person per night applies, up to a maximum of 40 occupants.
• Some exceptions may be made for couples and families with children.
• Prices exclude fees, airport transfers, and gratuities.

Guest Access and Services

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property with no other groups present during their stay.

Light daily housekeeping is included, with staff onsite between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. A caretaker and maintenance person are available to assist with any issues.

For safety, security, and liability reasons, all private chefs, DJs, taxi or van drivers, bartenders, masseuses, concierges, and local guides must be employed or contracted through the co-hosts at JacoVIP to gain access to the property. Additional guests, visitors, or entertainers may be allowed at the renter’s discretion, with full responsibility for their behavior and compliance with property rules resting on the renter. The JacoVIP team reserves the right to deny access to any individual at their discretion.
