Cozy family beach house in the heart of Quizala - Houses for Rent in Quizalá, Managua, Nicaragua

We booked in the raining season, June, not the right time, mosquitoes were wild and we got affected pretty bad. the place is great, I thing the grill had to be upgraded bad. the people was AMAZING, Natalia is a great host, Mr. Mauricio is great. please drive an SUV, you will need it to get there. the road is a dirt road and has a lots of uneven areas. other than that the place is good.

Dear Mr. Carlos, thank you very much for your comments and suggestions. As mentioned, the barbecue needs improvements. Due to the recent tropical storm and strong winds, that area was affected and a part of it came loose. We have already hired the person in charge to repair it promptly. As for mosquitoes, we are in the winter season and, in addition to the recent rains, a temporary increase in the area is normal. We apologize for any inconvenience during your stay. Regarding access, some streets may be affected at this time, so we recommend a high-riding vehicle. We are improving directions for the entrance or, if necessary, assistance at the entrance to Quizalá. We'd love to host you again in a better season so you can fully enjoy our beaches. If you want something quiet away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place. Natalia was available at all times. The place was clean, and most importantly, the pool was too. The house is 100 meters from the sea, so you can see the sunrise and sunset. It was very nice. We were satisfied, and we thank Natalia for letting us stay at her property!!!

Si quieren algo tranquilo fuera del bullicio es el lugar indicado, Natalia estuvo pendiente en todo momento, el lugar estaba limpio y importante la Picsina también, la casa esta a 100 metros del mar para ver el amanecer y el atardecer muy agradable nos sentimos satisfecho y Natalia gracias por alejarnos en tu propiedad!!!

The house is beautiful, very quiet, and the rooms are comfortable. They all have their own bathroom and air conditioning, large beds, and everything is very new. The treatment was great and so was the communication. The only thing I didn't like was that the beds didn't have blankets, and we were cold. They were only covered with the sheets, which were torn. And then the man who takes care of the house would start watering or doing things while we were perhaps swimming in the pool. He didn't bother us, but it disturbed our privacy.

La casa es preciosa, muy tranquila y las habitaciones comodas. Todas tienen su baño y aire acondicionado,camas amplias y todo muy nuevo. El trato ha sido muy bueno y la comunicación también. Lo unico que no me ha gustado es que las camas no tenian mantas y hemos pasado frio. Solo estaban vestidas con las sabanas peladas. Y luego el señor que cuida la casa se ponia a regar o ha hacer cosas estando nosotros alomejor bañandonos en la piscina, no molestaba pero incomodaba nuestra intimidad.

Regarding the cold, each room has controls to adjust the temperature according to each guest's preference. As for towels and other additional items, since we operate as an Airbnb-type accommodation and not as a hotel, some services are provided upon request to respect the privacy and preferences of each group. We will always be happy to provide support when requested. Regarding the caretaker's entry, it was only for the necessary maintenance of the pool and to ensure proper safety and hygiene conditions. However, we understand that communication could have been handled better, and we appreciate you letting us know. If they had told us during the stay, we would have looked for an alternative that would have made them feel more comfortable. We greatly appreciate your feedback because it helps us improve and also motivates us to make it clearer to future guests that they can request any additional support during their stay. Natalia's beach house it's a very good place to stay, very quiet and comfortable. Perfectly for staying with your family and friends. The house is well equipped, very clean and all the rooms had and air conditioning unit. Natalia is always available to answer any question and the caregivers are very kind and attentive people. I would highly recommend Charlotte Beach House and we'll visit again.
