Breathtaking Views, Bicycle to Town

Very beautiful home right on the ocean. snorkeled almost every day. cleaning ladies were there every other day. Only negative is the address on airbnb doesn't match where the property really is. We still enjoyed the house & really wish it had a pool or hot tub like homes on both sides of Coconut Villa. Sunsets were amazing to watch from the sandy back yard area and would recommend for anyone with 6 to 8 people.

Great place to stay. Wonderful snorkeling out front. Short walk to the marina to meet the dive boat. Short walk to several restaurants outside of town -- 10 minutes. 15 minutes to downtown. Convenience store 10 minutes. Comfortable, clean, safe and quiet.

They met us at the airport and got us settled in. Great responsiveness and awesome view.

Wonderful place to stay right on the water. Have stayed here the last several years each time we come to Cozumel. Perfect place to relax. Victor is very quick to respond to anything we may need. Great location and just a wonderful place to stay.

Excellent location and great host

this is the third or fourth time using this host and its always perfect. beautiful properties, excellent communication & always accessible. i highly recommend! coconut villa ( villa lloyd ) and villa princessa are both beautiful homes, spacious, clean & well stocked. snorkel off of the back patio. very safe & secure and a four dollar cab to town. the only problem i encountered on this trip was with my traveling companions. choose them wisely but when staying in cozumel you wont find a better host than powell & victor. thank you both so much!! i hope to see you again next winter!

Amazing location and nicely laid out. Swimming out the front high recommended and safe.

After staying at several different homes throughout Cozumel, Coconut Villa was by far the best. GREAT walkable distance to town which we did on many occasions. BEAUTIFUL sunsets!! And some of the best snorkeling right out of your own back door. Victor was extremely responsive to our needs while we were at the property. Home was kept sparkling clean with continual daily cleaning, fresh towels and linens. Couldn’t have asked for more.

We had a great stay. Victor ( met at airport with keys and information) and Teresa( housekeeper daily) were helpful, courteous and discreet. We will rebook in the future.
