The Space
This spacious home is located in the heart of Esterillos Oeste, less than 200 meters from the beach. It comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests with a total of nine beds as detailed in the listing. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. The open-plan downstairs area allows for good airflow throughout the space.
For smaller groups, if the reservation is for fewer than 13 people, some bedrooms will be locked to match the number of guests.

Esterillos Oeste is a vibrant community that blends local Costa Ricans (Ticos) and North American residents. The home is conveniently close to restaurants and a supermarket. It is situated between two premier marinas on the Central Pacific Coast: Los Sueños and Pez Vela in Quepos.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home except for the pool equipment room.
Additional Information
Electricity usage is included at no extra cost if consumption remains under 40 kWh per day. To keep usage low, please turn off air conditioners when rooms are not in use or when you are away from the house.
Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out. Any consumption exceeding 40 kWh per day will be charged at $0.20 per kWh. This additional fee will be processed through Airbnb using the Security Deposit claim procedure.

Amazing house! The space was very private and comfortable. All the bedrooms were cozy, super comfortable beds! Very clean. The kitchen has everything you need and it felt like home. The pool is perfect. Beach is a quick walk from the house. Overall we had an amazing experience. The host is very responsive and helped us with everything we needed :) would definitely recommend.

Excellent place! The accommodation is incredibly spacious and comfortable. We loved the privacy it offers, making it perfect for a peaceful stay. Additionally, it’s in a very strategic location, which made getting around the area super easy. Highly recommended!

The house was great for our family! It was in the location we wanted and was a terrific value for the space. We enjoyed the birds and flowers with well maintained gardens. Totally felt private and secure. The outdoor areas were amazing for relaxing or gathering as a family at the end of the day. There aren’t any extra stocked items such as basic spices or napkins, matches or lighter for the grill or dishwasher soap, so you need to get all of those things. The tap water isn’t potable either so we had to buy jugs for the dispenser. We appreciated the abundance of towels for the bath and pool. There was loud music in the neighborhood nearly every night from 7-8:30pm, but then the neighborhood was quiet. Also, all the doors only open from the outside with the single key and we got locked out a couple of times (you have to be aware when closing the outside doors and gate that you can’t reopen them).

BEWARE POOL HAS SHARP BROKEN TILES! I’m a 74 year old and slice my toe in the pool. also my 6 year old and two year old had minor cuts on their toes as well. Not happy

The house was great for our family and a couple of friends. There were stray cats outside, but they didn’t bother us. The a/c in the rooms cooled nicely. It gets warm in the living area and kitchen, but the available fans helped a lot. Loved the pool. Would definitely go back.

Villa Macaw was an amazing stay. Right when we pulled up we saw 6 Macaws in the tree in the neighbors house. I felt very safe walking around in the area and the market is a quick walk down the street. also super close to the beach! Right next door you can rent surfboards from Brett's Boards. The place is clean and was perfect for our group!
