This is the place to stay in Isla! Safe area and beautiful views. Everything was made easy-the door-to-door transfers, golf cart rental and excursion planning. All was done through the Airbnb, making our trip stress free and easy. Thank you for sharing your home. We’ll be back soon!

Beautiful house in a safe community. Home was very clean with all the amenities you could ask for. We enjoyed the roof top pool with ocean views in all directions. Hosts were very responsive and a delight to work with.

We had such a great week at Casa Elegante. We were ten, 5 adults and 5 children. Spacious and comfortable.

Bill and Laura have a beautiful home. It was just as described in the listing. They shared a lot of recommendations with us regarding restaurants and having chef come in to cook for us. We really appreciated having groceries and drinks at the house when we arrived. There was one glitch we ran into. The golf carts were booked for the wrong month. Julia was responsive and got that handled for us. We just had to wait a couple of hours for carts to be returned. The only suggestion would be to put grippers of some sort on the stairs. They can be very slippery. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.

Great stay! Photos are exact depictions of the house. They give you a ton of information on how to get acclimated in the house and in the area. Julia, the concierge, is beyond helpful and key to a streamlined and stress-free trip. It was nice to be away from all of the noise of the North end and we enjoyed having a 15 minute ride one way on each end of our trips to and fro. We would definitely return here. I love Isla Mujeres, but I was hesitant to book another trip due to the on and off power loss issues I had been hearing about. However, Bill and Laura kindly explained in great detail the updating infrastructure of the island and how it shouldn’t be something to worry about. I’m glad they did, because it was enough to convince us with no regrets! Where do I start? The house is absolutely everything you expect it to be. Gorgeous! The house was perfect for all 12 of us. I have a 16 month old and I was worried about the pool and staircase. Luckily they had something tall enough to place across the staircase and a big sliding door to go in and out of the pool area. It instantly gave me peace of mind. Bill and Laura care very much about their home, their guests, and are big on hospitality. They have an entire team to help facilitate your arrival, stay and departure (concierge, property manager, cleaning and maintenance). All so wonderful! Thank you so much for sharing your home! 😊

We had a wonderful time at Casa Elegante. The house is stocked with everything you need! The rooftop 360 view is amazing! It’s about a 20 minute golf ride to town and to the beach. The concierge and management team were responsive, friendly and helpful.
